incorrect order- asked for fries okra instead of fries and didn't get them; lousy customer serivice-caled and got hung up on 2-3 times and just picked up just to hang up; quality of food wasn't all that, especially the hushpuppies and fries not cooked all the way

Food is delicious when made fresh and early. On occasion the later it gets the rougher the food can be. Although I know that seems to be the usual take away on fast food, sharks is supposed to be each order prepared fresh.. but their food makes the 2/10 chance of just ok food worth it

I ordered a 12 piece and I was expecting a golden brown but I could tell the oil needed to be changed. They tasted terrible and they were dark burnt like. 20 bucks gone but that was my first time eating there and my last.

I got the steak sub and whole wings. It did not disappoint. Everything had flavor, and the price wasn't bad to me. I will return when I'm in town again.

I always get the fried gizzards with fried rice. I’ve been to several locations and I don’t know what I did to the fried rice but it is horrible
