I did a call-in order for a Cajun grill two-piece with a salad no fries, well done crispy on both sides. I did not get that, I got mushy fish, mushy fries and a side salad something I did not ask for they need to make sure that they put the Americans on the phone so the order is correct. I am extremely pissed !

The food is always good. The gentleman in the restaurant is very nice and respectful. I assume he was the owner. When I walked in to pick up my to go order the girl stared at me and did not say a work. Until the gentleman walked up and then she started speaking. When I placed my to go order on the phone, I asked how many pieces of chicken are in the chicken/fish combo. The girl taking my order responded I ain’t got time for all this. More than likely will not come back to this location.

I have been a customer for 2 years and the fried whole catfish has been delicious - perfectly fried & seasoned. However, the last time, about a month ago, the fish was not completely fried. I couldn't eat it.

Fish was good but fries were TOO heavily seasoned.

Good whole catfish, I just wish they didn't score them on the sides. I don't like that.

Sharks has great fried oysters, they could stand to be a little bigger.

Hot and delicious. Restaurant is super clean, too! Staff is friendly and we have already been back for more catfish, slaw, and cheese grits!

Please read this message in its entirety even though it is lengthy. Today, we had to return a two 3 piece whole catfish takeout orde back to this restaurant due to overcooked, crunchy fish that appeared to have been cooked hours earlier and overly seasoned with excess seasoning salt, including the fries. I called and spoke with the manager about the food quality and preparation is unacceptable. He apologized and said to bring the food back and he would replace it. My husband returned the food immediately and when he returned back home, we noticed it was the same overcooked and crunchy fish that we had initially sent back to the restaurant. As frequent and loyal customers, we were devastated! I called back again after receiving the replacement order to complain that we received the same food we had initially returned, I was placed on hold for approximately 5 -7 minutes without receiving any satisfying results. Sadly, we have noticed that takeout service and food quality at this restaurant has deteriorated over the past year. However, being a frequent and loyal customer for years, we have complained and returned takeout orders several times with the hope that the restaurant's willingness and concern for customer satisfaction would improve their food quality and preparation to preserve continued customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we don't feel like valued customers. To my utter dismay and after several attempts to give this place the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately the service and quality of the food HAVE NOT improved over the past year, and it do not seem as though customers' satisfaction is a top priority for this restaurant! Therefore, effective immediately, my family and I will no longer remain a customer of Sharks on Hwy 280 in Phenix City, AL.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. It a while, but that’s because I ordered quite a bit. It was well worth the wait.
