The sonic on hwy 80 in Phenix City, AL is not good. I've tried breakfast there a couple times and it always tastes like it was cooked on a dirty grill and way overcooked, like almost burnt. They are slow and rude. Sonic used to be one of my favorite places. This one makes me not want to go there again.

Waited in a line just to find out the drive-thru intercom didn't work. And they are very understaffed like most places nowadays. Service was good.

Stopped at Summerville Rd, Phenix City Sonic this evening. When I attempted to place my order I was told that it would be 15 min before they could take my order because they were backed up with Doordash and call ahead orders. I have went to this Sonic a few times and every time it is something else and I have left without any food. This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Since they did not want my service I went to Little Ceasers who was happy to take my order and gave me great service.

I don't even know where to begin. I have ordered the food online and then waited 20 minutes when I get there for the food. I have driven through the drive-through and waited 20 minutes for the food. I have driven up to a stall and ordered the food and waited 20 minutes for the food. They don't accept tap pay and the servers that you do to me are not friendly. The intercom at the drive-through is down nine times out of 10. The only saving grace at this location is the food is pretty good most of the time. I'll keep trying for better service please get it right sonic.

Just wasn't feeling it. You know. When your up for a variety fix. Like burger & milkshake or corn dog & a blizzard. Nothing stood out persae, music was dull not very many customers. May get better over summer month
This store is the most slowest, nastiest, high waiting time, cold food while waiting long, and attitudes! This site honestly needs a big adjustment!

This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been too. I keep coming back thinking maybe they have hired faster people but NO. They seem to be getting slower. Have pressed the order button 3 times since I got her 20 minutes ago and still no one has answered me.

Been sitting in the parking lot for 20mins, noone took my order, no greeting or nothing, workers were walking in and out of the sonic building and nothing, i looked online it said open, i left and went to another sonic 15 mins away from this one and got waited on right away. The customer sevice sucks here
