The worst SONIC I’ve ever been to. I have been about 4-5 times and every single time service has been extremely slow and then the order comes out wrong, cold, and undercooked. This SONIC should close down so no one else goes here and waste money!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received at a Sonic. The manager was present and offered no assistance. We were told he could not give us a refund since we paid with a card. We waited 15 minutes to be told there was nothing they could do. Our drinks were wrong and whatever they gave us tasted awful.

Just went here tonight on my lunch break maybe it was my fault for going so late however I ordered a #1 no cheese and #3. The burger had cheese on it and the other burger was ice cold. By the time I got home it was 11 on the dot so they're closed and I can't take it back. The number listed also isn't in service. Literally wasted $22 and about 15 minutes waiting. This was my first time going to this location but I'll probably never return unless they can fix this.

Closest sonic to us but the worst. You have to wait a long time for your food, no customer service whats so ever (adding in after we went back to get our drink fixed the girl was nice). Ordered a cherry slush and the man asked 3 times what flavor and we responded cherry all 3 times then he says okayyyy in a rude way. I mean last I checked cherry was a flavor. Maybe they can't hear well on their end but they should get it fixed and treat customers better. Also got 2 witches brew, they look nothing alike and the one that is not green does not taste like green apple like it should, also forgot the beads, he said they were in there, we looked they weren't, he acted like he didn't want to add them but the girl did. Wound up taking it back asking them to fix it since it did not taste right , the girl was extremely nice but the man was not we thanked her for being nice and told her the man was rude she said they get that alot.

DONT EVER EVER EVER COME TO THIS SONICS. DEFINITELY RISK DRIVIG THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO A DIFFERENT ONE. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered my food in app at 7:06 got there about 30 minutes or so after the order was placed. Checked in, and then had to wait an extra 40 minutes for 2 corn dogs and a hamburger. No amount of apologies for a long wait like that will do. Cause to have people waiting like that and then not even acknowledging the customer and letting them know to expect a long wait was freaking fantastic!😒😒 definitely wanted to rate a negative score. And the food was cold when it got to my car. So it was done in there the whole time. Just sitting there and they still didn’t bring the food out. Straight garbage.
