Went to this store around 9pm and they told me they were close and not taking anymore orders. However, the hours for this location states they close at 11pm.

Placed mobile order at 8:02 PM. We arrived at the store at 8:05 and waited until 8:27 to get 2 shakes. Once we got our shakes they were starting to melt and the whip cream had already melted into the drink.

I'm giving two star. I order cheeseburger and small French fries. I try French fries it taste too much oil when I eat French fries. I feel my Hamburger was cold so I came home put my food in microwave and it taste ok.

I wish i could leave zero stars on this place it is terrible. The customer service is absolutely horrible. If you are on any kind of time schedule definitely do not stop here. I ordered one burger and had to leave i sat there for so long and the person at the window was very disrespectful. Do not go here until you see and under new management sign!

Placed a mobile order before arriving. Pulled up, checked in, waited 20 minutes & no one came out. Several employees walked by and no one ever checked in. I had to leave and get ready for work, so I had to call the number & ask if someone was going to bring out our drink. They asked our name and then said they’ll be out…. Why did it take calling them to be acknowledged? It was dead…. They weren’t slammed busy….

The worst SONIC I’ve ever been to. I have been about 4-5 times and every single time service has been extremely slow and then the order comes out wrong, cold, and undercooked. This SONIC should close down so no one else goes here and waste money!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received at a Sonic. The manager was present and offered no assistance. We were told he could not give us a refund since we paid with a card. We waited 15 minutes to be told there was nothing they could do. Our drinks were wrong and whatever they gave us tasted awful.
