Nasty!!! Mgr made meatball and marinara put SO much salt on sandwich could NOT eat, I'll just go back to veterans

Came in and order a 6in sandwich. Asked the dude at the register which turned out to be the manger to change his gloves because he had use the same gloves while doing other things. Because I asked him to changed his gloves he immediately caught an attitude. My sandwich had been waiting at least 5 mins waiting on him to dress it because it was only two workers and plus they were busy. When he finally finished making my sandwich he proceeded to make the customer sandwich next to me which she had two sandwiches a 6in and a foot long. I asked him politely could he go ahead and wrap my sandwich up and cash me out before he started that. He gets mad talking about I’m in here trying to tell him how to do his job and that I’m rushing him. I said sir I’ve already waited over 5 mins for my food my food is getting cold and I’ve been patient enough. He continues to want to go back and forth with me about my food. I asked him who was the manager and he said he was. I was shocked to realize that he was the manager because of his behavior. His attitude was not call for at all and he doesn’t deserve to me in no manger position if he doesn’t know how to treat customers. I walked away very disappointed and disrespected all because I asked him to changed his gloves because that what brought on his attitude.

Ordered 2 Outlaws. The meat was cold and cheese wasn't melted. The bread wasn't toasted very well. When I brought my food back I couldn't even get a refund because there was no one there to process it. Speed of service was slow. Apparently they have a lot of call outs. This subway used to be great maybe 3 years ago, food would be nice and hot and now it's not. I won't be returning.

My granddaughter and I went in for a quick sit down sandwich and the gal was on phone with personal call ignoring us. After getting off she’s proceeds to tell us that it was going to be about 35-45 minutes because she had a catering order to get ready, seriously? I think the priority is wrong. They lost us and one other person behind us in line because of it.
This Subway doesn't even deserve the one star that it makes you give them. They were serviced the worst manager the worst food. They never have the bread that they're advertised. 30. Dirty. floors, the most disgusting Subway, anywhere in Columbus. Or Phoenix city area. Stay away from this disgusting place unless you would love to taste food poisoning.

Terrible service and bad attitudes. Get people in there who aren’t injured and know what they’re doing. The girl who served us, with green dreads, acted as though she’d rather not be working at Subway. She didn’t greet us at all and took forever. Maybe she should quit. I know after a long day at work myself I’ll never subject myself to this type of service.

Just recently had one of the worst visits to a subway and we frequent subways wherever we go. This particular subway there was a guy working that was frustrated with us being there and with his work. He kept repeatedly saying he couldn't wait to go home or this day to be over with. He was very rude and the girl working with him want much better.we ordered our usual The Outlaw got long. I don't know how you can mess up a sandwich but he definitely succeeded in that for the first time that I have seen. We have visited this location 4 times previous and it was good but the workers seem like they weren't happy with their job. But this particular time it was completely awful. We will choose firehouse across the street or a jimmy johns instead because we don't want repeated bad service or food.

A-1 customer service. They were prepping online orders quickly. Not a long wait just notify your customer of the estimated wait time. The young gentleman prepped and followed through with order. Everything was fresh and well cleaned.

Came to this location after having a really bad experience with a different one earlier, and these guys stepped up and really made my day a lot better since they handled my order with no attitude and got me out the door in less than five minutes, which is already leaps more than I could say about the former location. Thank yall!
