The employees were not caring about making customers wait
While one employee had a conversation outside with another subway employee
The one that was inside
I guess was strictly making bread and cashiering.. she was polite and stated it would be a moment and looked professional but she too was waiting for the other employee
The lady before me waited probably 12-15 minutes for her sandwich to be made
From waiting to take her order
And waiting
And waiting
To sandwich made and then waited with her sandwich open after it was toasted
For a long time and then the cashier waited fiddling with cash for an extra 6-7 minutes just situating cash like she was gonna play monopoly with it
But the girl

Took all the precious time Finished up her conversation outside and came

In and out of there quickly but today it was like more than 15 minutes from
When I walked in to when I got my food and my order is simple meat cheese. I really felt for the elderly lady that was waiting before I ever arrived. If there are managers
Somehow customer service is last priority.
And please give your employees and jack that does not look like shredded jean material

This Subway is ALWAYS out of something, whether it’s a bread, toppings, tea, etc. We go inside to eat there and my wife is ordering and she noticed there’s no tea urn. She asked if they were making tea and the employee said no you can drink soda. My wife replied saying that we don’t drink soda and he said you can drink water. She then said she was using the coupon for the foot long meal which comes with a drink and she said she didn’t want water and then she was told that you can leave. Let me tell you one thing, if you work in a business and you’re out of a product and didn’t attempt to satisfy your customers then I hope you continue to lose business. By the way there were 2 other ladies in line with my wife and they both told her that they had recent issues with this location and one was told they were out of the bread she wanted etc and they both said this is their last time going there. As we all know this isn’t the only Subway or sandwich shop in the area so if you expect great service you should look elsewhere. Prices are high and service is terrible and they’re always out of something. Not worth my time going back because we used to live within a half mile from there for several years and we’ve eaten there countless times and over recent times it’s gone DOWN HILL. They should offer a ZERO STAR option because it’s what they deserve.

It’s sad that literally every time we try to eat here they have decided they are going to close early. The door says they close at 10pm, but we’ve gone multiple times now and they have been closed way before that. Tonight we stopped by at 8:30pm along with three other cars. The guy opened the door and said, “We closed early. We are short staffed and our manager told us to do that.” My question is there are clearly at least two of you working inside right now, how many people does it take to make a sandwich? And, this is not even the first time this has happened. Just sad! Guess we’ll just stick to our Pub Subs from now on.

The guy that works there most days at lunch time is an absolute asset to your Company! They have such a good time while making your sandwich and interacting with the customers. It is such a joy going to this Subway to get lunch!! Thanks for your happiness and hospitality.

Got a call at 5:15 right after I submitted my order- was told they were out of turkey, I asked them to use ham instead, they agreed. Showed up 35 minutes later they are all playing around laughing and joking, I ask about my order and she says they voided it bc they were out of turkey. I explained that someone already called me. She acted rude like she didn’t want to help me. I asked if she could make it and it took a solid 20 minutes. There’s always an issue at this store.

Horrible food..LETTUCE WAS OLD & BROWNCLEARLY OUTDATED & when asked if they had fresh NO so @ 2:45 p they were out of food.BREAD was over baked hardened & appeared old in texture.FRESH SLICED nope they hide their processed meats Now behind a Metal Cover with a visible UNused meat slicer on counter..FRESHLY SLICED MEANS SLICED IN FRONT OF YOU. AVOID SUBWAY THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES WITH INFERIOR FOOD PRODUCTS

I ordered dinner late. Went to the wrong Subway. The guys up near Publix said "we close. we don't got no phone order" then I tried to verify the address 2020 something something bypass. (hey I'm new in town) again..."we close" so I left drove to sonic sat there getting ready to order some dinner when my phone rang.The young lady said "mamn we've got your order but we're closed and soon we'll all be going home!" I found out where they were & hurried over there. She met me at the door with my sub and hot churro! Saved my dinner! Thanks, I'll be going to that Subway from now on!

Do not go use this subway location, online it says they open until 10, it also says they are open until 10 on their door, placed an online order and 9, online stated is was received and order was complete, went to pick up order and they were closed. Employees inside said to call their manager to get a refund while they sat there with bags of food made to take home with them, gave us a wrong number to call, I finally got the correct number, when I called the manager she could not hear me because her background was so loud like she was in a club, extremely rude and refused to give me a refund until the next day, I tried to call the next day, the same lady was there that was rude the night before saying she sent it to corporate and hung up on me, extremely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT!
Stopped by to grab my wife a sandwich on the way home (12NOV2023). The hours on the door say they are open until 8pm. Lights are on, doors are locked, and no employees are around. As I'm writing this review, I watched 8 customers attempt to open the doors as well. I finally witnessed employees walking through the store to check if the customers have left, grab a drink from the sodafountain, and then disappear again. Never once unlocking the doors. Even as more customers continue to arrive and attempt to enter.

The sign on the door says they open at 9 am. The current time is 9:45 and the doors are locked and nobody in sight. Lights on and open for business but the doors are locked.If they open at a later time the sign needs to reflect that and be specific with it being EST or CST.
