Came in and experienced the night crew was unprepared and the young man who is big light skinned African American male was unprofessional and also the other young man wore a jacket with and orange beanie was also and African American male. Came in and got 5 sandwiches and a cheese pizza do to them not having pepperoni or teriyaki chicken had to change my four sandwiches. Hopefully the next time me and my family could have a better experience with this subway.

I come in and sat at a table for a few mins to place my order the app after I place the order I waited and steped to the counter to ask if something ca be placed om the side as I did not see a option for it in the app but I put it in the notes the two guys at the store just made me feel as if I was a burden to be there the first to coem around the corner form the back rolled his eyes and jsit looked past me and and walked past me mimd u I stood at the counter for like 7 mins and yes they knew I was there at the counter as the same eye roller was standing there they did not even try to walk from he back till another lady come in and then they come out from the back and fully blow me off and went start to the other lady I guess i did not meet there want in a customer that they wanted to actually help or serve smh

The afternoon shift worker, a short woman with a somewhat darker complexion, was quite arrogant when she told me not to touch the glass counter. There is no sign indicating such a rule, and the way she said it was far from polite. I consider this very poor customer service, as no one should speak to customers in that manner. I believe there should be more tolerance and respect toward people who simply come in to get their food. I hope at the very least she is reminded to be nicer to customers‼️‼️‼️

The staff is extremely rude! Will never go back unless they get new management that cares about their customers. Just asked for sugar because the “sweet tea” was not sweet and they acted like we had asked them to solve all the world’s problems. This staff does not need to work in a service industry ever!

I went there to get food. At 7:56 today. There was a storm but they were still open because the door was unlocked. The service at this location used to be amazing. But lately it’s becoming the worst subway location in town. They recently in the past couple months got a new employee or I just have had to experience a lot more and she has been there longer. She is short with short hair and I wish I could figure out her name because multiple of my friends and my own family that live in the area has had to experience her. She is extremely rude and the experience was awful. This is also not the first experience with her. When I got there she asked me if I had a pick up order. Then I told her no. She threw up her hands and seemed pissed off I had came in to get food. Which last I checked was open and I am a customer. She complained about how she didn’t want to serve me because of the weather. Even asked me “do I see this weather out here”. This location needs to get it together before they lose service all together because I have complained to other subways in the area and the worker I am speaking of others apparently that work at other locations say she is rude to them as well and THEY ARE WORKERS. Management or a higher up above her needs to do something about her because it seems like she is rude to the workers and the customers.

I guess was strictly making bread and cashiering.. she was polite and stated it would be a moment and looked professional but she too was waiting for the other employee

The lady before me waited probably 12-15 minutes for her sandwich to be made

To sandwich made and then waited with her sandwich open after it was toasted

For a long time and then the cashier waited fiddling with cash for an extra 6-7 minutes just situating cash like she was gonna play monopoly with it

This Subway is ALWAYS out of something, whether it’s a bread, toppings, tea, etc. We go inside to eat there and my wife is ordering and she noticed there’s no tea urn. She asked if they were making tea and the employee said no you can drink soda. My wife replied saying that we don’t drink soda and he said you can drink water. She then said she was using the coupon for the foot long meal which comes with a drink and she said she didn’t want water and then she was told that you can leave. Let me tell you one thing, if you work in a business and you’re out of a product and didn’t attempt to satisfy your customers then I hope you continue to lose business. By the way there were 2 other ladies in line with my wife and they both told her that they had recent issues with this location and one was told they were out of the bread she wanted etc and they both said this is their last time going there. As we all know this isn’t the only Subway or sandwich shop in the area so if you expect great service you should look elsewhere. Prices are high and service is terrible and they’re always out of something. Not worth my time going back because we used to live within a half mile from there for several years and we’ve eaten there countless times and over recent times it’s gone DOWN HILL. They should offer a ZERO STAR option because it’s what they deserve.

It’s sad that literally every time we try to eat here they have decided they are going to close early. The door says they close at 10pm, but we’ve gone multiple times now and they have been closed way before that. Tonight we stopped by at 8:30pm along with three other cars. The guy opened the door and said, “We closed early. We are short staffed and our manager told us to do that.” My question is there are clearly at least two of you working inside right now, how many people does it take to make a sandwich? And, this is not even the first time this has happened. Just sad! Guess we’ll just stick to our Pub Subs from now on.

Got a call at 5:15 right after I submitted my order- was told they were out of turkey, I asked them to use ham instead, they agreed. Showed up 35 minutes later they are all playing around laughing and joking, I ask about my order and she says they voided it bc they were out of turkey. I explained that someone already called me. She acted rude like she didn’t want to help me. I asked if she could make it and it took a solid 20 minutes. There’s always an issue at this store.

Horrible food..LETTUCE WAS OLD & BROWNCLEARLY OUTDATED & when asked if they had fresh NO so @ 2:45 p they were out of food.BREAD was over baked hardened & appeared old in texture.FRESH SLICED nope they hide their processed meats Now behind a Metal Cover with a visible UNused meat slicer on counter..FRESHLY SLICED MEANS SLICED IN FRONT OF YOU. AVOID SUBWAY THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES WITH INFERIOR FOOD PRODUCTS
