They literally never have food prepared. They are always short staffed because the manager doesn't know how to do their job. They are the most despicable excuse for a subway ever. If you want subway go to the one near Applebee's

We don’t normally go to this location and I’m not sure we ever will again. Nothing was stocked or fresh, they were out of everything. The sandwiches weren’t toasted like we requested. I wonder if the machine is broken. Didn’t have the bread we asked for, no cucumbers, black olives, vinegar, Monterey cheese, served us wilted lettuce. We paid over $20 for two sandwiches just to throw them in the trash.

Not even sure how this place stays open, if the owner wants to actually make money from this place, hire all new staff. Don't think I've ever had good service at this subway location in ladonia. Do better

Not sure why they even opened this subway? The service is TERRIBLE!!!!! They are always out of something and the drive thru is never open. Even when it is open they don’t even have the headset on. You walk in and they act like you’re bothering them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location!

I should have read the reviews before going, then I would have gone somewhere else. I ordered a Philly which didn't have enough meat was like eating a bread sandwich the place wasn't that clean which worried me the ladies there were friendly but not too worried about cleaning the place in which the sandwich I ordered ended up in the trash. I will not return to this subway.

Employee was extremely hostile slamming doors and and stated they should just get pizza instead. On Tuesday around 5 pm I went into this Subway to order my family some dinner. There was a younger white male with longer hair up front at the start of the order cutting bread. This employee was completely disrespectful and absolutely ridiculous. After I placed my first order he got really short with me and started getting agitated. While I placed my second order he had to go to the back to get more teriyaki chicken and I could clearly see him repeatedly slamming the fridge door open hard enough that it shook the wall I could literally see him do this to the point I thought he was going to break the metal door. Then he stormed back up front and continued the order. I then told him I wanted it tossed so he slam the toaster door open put my sandwich in and slammed it shut right in front of me. When an online order came in while I was there he said that this is ridiculous. He also stated that they just need to go get some pizza instead which Little Caesars is connected to this restaurant. He literally stated that all the stuff they wanted on the sandwich he's not going to put on it. He started slamming the bread door. He is absolutely disrespectful I would fire him immediately because he made the whole restaurant feel hostile and at several points I thought he was going to go off on someone.

When we walked into the store on highway 80 right beside Little Caesars. we were told we have to wait because of an online order and we can't be served. Two employees in the store then online order was more important and we would have to wait or go to another store I would rate it a zero star but there's no other choice. One employee could have handled our order and the other employee could have been doing online orders never eat there again

Ordered a toasted foot long. It wasn’t toasted and received 4 pickles on it. Ate half and felt sick but thought it was a coincidence. Next day I take the other half to work to toast it. Realize the bacon was raw. The pic is after I put it through a commercial heating machine and it still didn’t cook it.. that’s how raw it was. This location is horrible and making people sick. Worst part I sent an email into corporate and someone replied with what seems an automated message they copy and paste every time they have a complaint. It didn’t even cover any of the issues I reached out about.

I’m currently visiting friends in the Phenix City area. I placed an order for 3 foot long sandwiches around 3:30-4:00pm. The total of $25.68 came out of my bank account at 4:02pm and I received my confirmation email as well as order number/receipt at 4:02 as well. The app informed me the order would be ready at 6:30. Since I’m visiting I don’t have my vehicle. My friend had to work and went into the subway with screenshots of all of the information listed above. He was told there wasn’t an order that it didn’t matter about what screenshots he had that the order wasn’t showing up. I attempted to call and speak with a manager. I was told there wasn’t a manager on shift. I was told that there wasn’t a thing she could do that she didn’t have the order. I explained that I had my order number, & transaction proof, etc and she hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with another worker. I was told there was no one there that could help me and was hung up on again. Mind you I don’t have a way to drive up there as my friend is already at work at this point. I try to call back one more time and the person picked up the phone and hung it up without speaking. Later, I received a phone call at around 8:05 from the same person who told me she didn’t have my order…. Telling me my order still hasn’t been picked up and asked if I was coming to get the order or was she just going to throw it away. I reminded this woman that I was the one who spoke to her 2 hours previous and she said something along the lines of yeah yeah I already know all of that…your order didn’t come in until 7:30 are you picking up or am I throwing it in the trash. I said I’m going to try and come speak to someone and get a refund because I have know way of driving over there at this point as my friend is at work. She hung on me yet again. Her name is “Raven B.” And apparently has zero respect for anyone.

0 STARS IF I COULD, we paid for our food online, they CONFIRMED it, DROVE up there to a locked door at 8:15 when they don’t close until TEN!! they tell us they cut off orders??? all because they couldn’t handle 5 people in line. 3 workers were there? DO BETTER SUBWAY! i’ll make sure i call corporate too bc this is wrong when you have kids and get out of the house for no reason.
