Went there to get an order this afternoon once again they were feeling on call orders and didn’t have time for any walking customers. They never can seem to wait on people that walk in.

Place mobile orders here at your own risk. The app told me my food was ready so I came in. My food wasn't ready yet. Okay no big deal I wasn't going to cause a fuss. Since my food wasn't ready yet I asked her if she could put the onions on before she toasted the sandwich since the app doesn't give me the option to request that. This girl seriously held up the ticket and said I can't do that cause the ticket says I have to put meat and cheese on, toast it and then put on the veggies. Okay but I was the one who ordered it. She said well I have to go by what the ticket says. So I responded well the app says my food is ready but it's clearly not so maybe the ticket isn't always right. There's subway locations all over the place, I'll just drive 5 extra minutes to deal with people who aren't rude and intentionally obtuse from now on.
Also the floor was dirty
Ordered subway on the app and get here to get my food they ran out of lettuce, and flatbread. They made us wait 30 more minutes for our food to be made after the original 30 minute wait from the app. No cookies were made and they said it would take up to 15 minutes then 10 minutes to cool down. No exchanges and no refunds until tomorrow. Food was absolutely terrible. I haven't been to this subway in years and felt like it has been long enough I would give it a shot. Won't ever make that mistake again.

(Sorry this is a long one lol) Accidentally placed my mobile order at this one instead of the one by my house (in Columbus) so I called and spoke to a lady and she asked if I wanted to transfer to another store and I asked “I can do that?” Then she hung up in my face. I called back again in case the call failed or something and asked if she could just cancel the order for me because the app wouldn’t let me transfer and she said “I have no control over mobile orders call customer service” and hung up in my face AGAIN before I could even respond. Subway has no customer service number. Only a website where you talk to a robot. I was very annoyed at this point so I drove all the way to Phenix city to just pick up the order and when I got there she then began lying to who I assume was the manager in my face saying that I told them to stop making it while in all reality if she hadn’t hung up in my face I was going to say I would just come get it. She also told him that I was “breaking up” over the phone and the call disconnected. The manager was very nice and understanding but the lady I talked to was RUDE and tried to switch it up when I was there in person.
I found a lot of hair in my sub and they don’t even know how to make a BLT. They try to only give you bacon not the L (lettuce) T (tomato) part. This subway is the worse one around Phenix City and the customer service sucks.
The employee named Willy works really slow and unprofessional. He barely puts anything on your sandwich and then he tries making others peoples orders at the same time. I asked for my stuff to be toasted so the meat would be warm but by the time he finally finished mine, it was cold already. When asked to finish my order he said the guy next to me had a business to run. That is no one’s concern!! Also I asked for onions and he said they didn’t have any because he didn’t cut any this morning..
I ordered two wraps online. One was made right the other wasn’t. I tried calling, no answer. Drove back up there to have it made right. The girl was absolutely RUDE that she had to remake the wrap.
Says online and on the door that they close at 10. Walked in tonight at 9:30 and the lady said they’re closed. Either switch the close time or stay open till the posted time.
I have ordered at this location several times in the past 5 months and everytime they're is something wrong and they are unable to fix it, it's bad when they don't put half the meat and cheese on thee sandwich that normally comes on it, didn't toast it or put the right sauce on it..$40... wasted on crap food because the workers can't read what should be on it and want to close and leave... don't waste your time or money here.
Subway is known for fresh baked bread. This location's offerings tasted like day old bread. The wheat was tough and dry. In addition, they were out of lettuce. Seriously how does a sub shop not have lettuce? I will not return to this location.

Place is ridiculous. Everytime I order through the app they're either closed or out of ingredients. Tried to order at 4:30 pm on 2/1/25 and they were CLOSED!!!!
Went to the restaurant to place an order at 7:30 pm and they said they are closed they are supposed to be open until 10 pm worthless employees. Here's a tip if you don't want to work do us all a favor and quit!
Olives were no where to be listed on either sandwich I ordered. I tried to call but no answer.

Employees are ridiculous & rude. 2-3 nights in a row, they closed 20-30 minutes early.
I did an online order this evening, they called to let me know they were out of ham… cool.. that’s fine, & when I got there, they let me know they were out of butter & I couldn’t get a pretzel. I said fine, let’s reimburse then.. they said they couldn’t do that. I had to settle for the cookie that was disgusting & tasted stale.
Every time we go to this location, everything is trash… from them being out of food, to their employees closing up early & their employees nasty attitudes.
I’d be embarrassed if I owned this store. Do better.
