T-Bones Steakhouse and Grill

This isn't T-Bones anymore. What used to be a fantastic place probably won't be open another 9 months based on what we experienced tonight. Stay away.

My wife and I have been to T-bones multiple times before and never really had any issues, as they usually have good food but tonight was really disappointing. I had ordered a sirloin steak well done with the garlic butter shrimp, green beans, and mashed potatoes as well as a caesar salad on the side. The sirloin was a thicker cut which i have no issues with but it was cooked medium which is a no go for me. The green beans were soggy and extremely salty, the shrimp weren’t prepared well and had an odd taste. The mashed potatoes were decent but kinda salty as well. Other than a couple bites of the steak (the tiny part that was cooked enough) and my salad, I really couldn’t eat any of it.

Our server was great and she did comp my meal off the bill but i’m more disappointed than I am upset. I’d much rather have a nice dinner than to leave hungry and irritated. It feels as though something has changed here but I really hope it was just an off night because T-Bones is usually great.

This was my first time coming here. We both got the ribeyes, medium rare...cooked to perfection. Blaize was hands down fantastic as a server. He was attentive, polite, and made sure we were taken care of. I give the atmosphere 3 stars because apparently the bar sitters and bartenders are allowed to do endless shots together...and I'm gonna leave it at that. I'm not a judger on bar behavior because we would normally be at the bar for our meal and beers and are frequent bar goers. HOWEVER...What I saw was pretty irresponsible. Go here early or not on a Friday night. The food is great...ask to be seated away from the bar if you'd like to not have a drunk man try to start something because he thought you looked at him weird coming from the bathroom, and you didn't even register he was there.

Ordered a t bone steak medium rare and a ribeye rare and they came to us the opposite and no discount or replacement..bake potatoes tuff as shoe leather..fried pickles were really good though..

Food is below average time and time again. Comes out cold, even when you ask a certain question and think the server would take the hint. You have a better chance getting a whopper at McDonalds, than your food being how you order it here.

It was our first time here as we are new to the area and we love trying new places. My husband and I both got steaks and they were very flavorful and cooked exactly how we ordered them. The wait was a little long on the food and they didnt have the squash casserole I prdered ready until the end of the meal, but Our server Brittney was just the BEST and took care of us! We will be back!

My boyfriend and I ate here when I had a work trip to Columbus, GA, and we thought it would be fun to cross over to Alabama for a bit. The food was great and the restaurant was fun with a clothing shop, historical photographs/artifacts, event space, a bar, etc. We got there during happy hour and decided to order drinks since they were only $6, however the waitress was struggling to order our drinka and kept asking again what we ordered. When we went to pay, no receipt was brought to us but she just brought a card reader to the table and we paid there. When I looked at my credit card receipt, we were over charged by at least $10 but I didn't catch it then because no receipt was given to me. My guess is she charged us full price for the HH drinks since she seemed confused when entering them in the system. So my suggestion is to go here because it's great food and a cool place, but definitely pay attention to how much you're being charged.

I came in last night and I had Rachel as my server she was great! She was very attentive and the food and drinks came out in a timely manner and they were amazing. I highly recommend this place to eat and her as your server.
