Ordered food tonight waited 30 minutes for it and everything was wrong they gave us tacos with no meat and then decided to have everything freezing cold as well . Y’all need to pay attention to orders I should have looked before I left but they was cars behind us . Asked for 3 soft tacos with extra cheese and beef but only gave me cheese and it wasn’t even cooked all the way and the hard tacos my husband got has lil to no cheese on them.

This crew is working hard. They’re doing their thing, getting food out and getting that line down. They’re working together as a team.
I didn’t mind waiting for my food under these circumstances, although I didn’t wait very long at all.

This Taco Bell on 80 is terrible with terrible service went and ordered food and paid and they gave me total opposite of what I ordered then when I call they offer to take the food back which they shouldn’t be aloud to do and wanted us to bring all the food back when the kids already started to eat and said that they would check to see if the order was right then we ordered a sweet tea and gave us unsweetened tea all in all terrible service and we will not be going back the manager is very disrespectful and need to find a new career I was very calm and concern with her and she started yelling and screaming an hung up in my face will not be returning !!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!! The drive through window employee was so rude (on Sunday evening 9/22/24) their food has been way off the last few times we’ve been there as well. After today this eatery is crossed off our list permanently!!

Sloppiest group of employees I've ever dealt with. Sat in the drive threw 15 mins while the girl that takes orders moped the floor. They had 1 car at the window and refused to take orders until that 1 car pulled off. This store needs better Management and Employees.. 20 mins with 1 car sitting waiting on there food. Ridiculous!

Food was wrong. Took forever. And there was people standing on front counter for long periods of time not being helped. With both drive through girls seeing is not busy. Then got angry when i said my order was wrong and the guy in the back was being rude about it. Worst taco bell I've ever been to.
Horrible!! I have never ? eating at a Taco Bell and had a bad experience all the way around! I spent over $20 to have a cashier in the drive thru with a attitude because I was give cold chips and nacho sauce and asked for them to be replaced with fresh ones once I get home I realize my tacos aren’t supreme with a teaspoon of meat little brown lettuce and not from the meat being hot because the food was cold as well!! Mexican pizza seems as if they just had it fixed and sitting very soggy!!! Tried calling never got an answer! I was literally the only person in line. For this to be a new establishment the attitude and service is horrible!

Shaquanna was at the window in drive thru took my order didn't get it right. Was very rude at the window asked me to pull around and she would bring me the food I told her tacobell isn't supposed to do that I know this because I used to work at this exact location. She came out to my car with the food and said the rice isn't ready and we don't serve lunch items until 11am which is also wrong. She was rude so I asked for a refund she went back inside talking about me and looking out the door at me. She then came back out asked very rudely for my card so she can refund the grilled cheese burrito I didn't get she continued looking out the door at me when she brought the card back out she again was very rude again. Got home realized she didn't even get the order right. Went back up to reorder my son's tacos and once again at the window she was very rude didn't greet me or say have a nice day she basically threw my son's food at me. I will never go back to this taco bell location! This restaurant has gone down hill since I quit last year! Do better people!!!
