I don't eat Taco Bell very often but I was craving tacos. I saw they now have a cantina chicken chalupa and wanted to try it, I ordered online and went through the drive-thru to pick up. I could barely hear the lady at the window. The food smelled really good but when I opened up the chalupas to find that there was barely any chicken just tortilla, onions, and sauce. I was so disappointed with this. The portion was too small for the price I paid. Very disappointing what's going on with these restaurants. All the prices are going up but the quality and portion sizes are going down.

I ordered through DoorDash. And it’s blatantly clear that somebody doesn’t like their job. Don’t order something special they’ll get mad a purposely make it bad.

workers are short rude careless and just in general bad. they burnt the ever living hell out of my potatoes which were drier than the desert and loaded everything with sour cream despite it saying no sour cream on each individual item. the nacho fries were hard and stale.

This place sucks. The workers don't care- I understand they do not get paid much, however, they should at least try. They finally got my order done, after 25 minutes. BUT they somehow only did the dessert, no food. So I had to sit there for another 20 minutes for them to finish making my food.
