When you touch raw meat, and DONT CHANGE YOUR GLOVES and then put your same hand that you touched the raw meat into the cheese, vegetables AND THEN grab some bread ... thats called CROSS CANTAMINATION and thats what get people sick. And for the cook to be that lazy? My 6 year old was with us... do you not care ? I am glad waffle house has a open kitchen and I saw it before I would of had to deal with a sick house hold. CONSUMER BEWARE! PS... I just submitted a report to corporate!

Do not eat here the cook at 1030pm Thursday grabbed bacon and a porkchop then proceeded to use the same gloves with the cheese and the bread. Only eat here if you want food poisoning

We ordered online, the food is all grease. The hash browns were so burnt that no one ate any of them. For $75 for two meals, two chicken sandwichs and two waffles it should have at least been edible. This is the last time i go to this waffle house. The one on 280 is substantially better thanks to Malik

At the Waffle House on US HWY 80 in Phenix City, the Waitress (Connie - Older short lady) keeps licking her finger before to takes an order. She's licking her finger then using this same finger to swipe the yellow ticketing pad. I guess she doesn't know this is disgusting. I wish the Waffle House would train their Employees on sanitization. So DISGUSTING!
I gave this waffle house a 2nd chance after experiencing a nasty experience with the Other employee who just looked disgusting but she was serving food, but no more, I am done coming to the Waffle House on US HWY 80 - never again. I'll be going back to the Waffle House in Columbus, Ga. (Veterans Pwy or Victory Drive - much cleaner Employees). Being nice and clean are two different things.

We didn’t even get a chance to order! The workers were rude, tables were nasty and they wanted to clean tables before taking our order. This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced.
