After waiting 10m for no one to come to table, I asked for water and waited 7m more. They r tables and chair open all over so guessing not busy. Maybe don't care for customers or poor management. Ether way. Will never return.

I hadn't eaten inside of a Waffle House in 10 years. I recently visited this restaurant, sat at the counter, played music using the Touch Tunes app, and enjoyed an awesome, hot, cooked on the spot breakfast. Employees always asked customers if they needed anything, and everybody was very pleasant. Clean inside and noticed cooks changing gloves over and over and over, for cleanliness. Left a gracious tip. I would recommend.

The food was great! But it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. All I heard was Christian music and it's annoying because I'm not a faithful person so it felt like I was being mocked. My waiter was a older lady I think her name was Don she sweet but she seems like a bully towards the cook. But all in all of come back since the food was great.

This was the worst experience ever it only received a 1 star because that was as low as I could go. We came in and after five minutes someone with AirPods in came over and asked what we wanted to drink. He returned with drinks after 5 more minutes of playing around. We then sat there watching two servers, one of which was ours, play on their phones without even acknowledging us. Several people came in after us and had received their food once we decided to leave. They all said have a nice night and I said we didn’t even get served and they acted like nothing was wrong. Besides that the table behind us had hair on their food and we watched as someone took out the trash then proceeded to handle food without even washing their hands.

Needs better management.

It's Waffle House so, naturally the atmosphere can and is mostly loud. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We did not have to wait to get a table. Service was fast, we got our food in less than 15 minutes after sitting down. Hot and delicious as always! Love ❤️ those Waffles y'all!!! If you love waffles and hashbrowns you gotta go to Waffle House Y'all!!!

It is really sad that I have to leave this review. I have been in customer service for 30 plus years. I have always tried to find something good about all service I receive because I know how hard it is in the industry. I pay for what I get and I always tip. I entered this location to a greeting of you know what you want. I was slide a menu. I felt as if I needed to quickly order so I asked for a hashbrown bowl add an egg. As the salesperson constantly kept telling the cook because he had an earpiece in his ear what I ordered. He did not add and egg and burned my hashbrowns. I watched sitting at the bar area and was asked by Rochelle was I ok. I said yes I am fine because I was going to let it go that he was burning my hashbrowns. I was hungry and just needed to eat. She then explained that I should be sitting in some chairs by the window because that is where people should sit that have to go orders. She knew that I was watching him cook my food because she looked back at him cooking it. I then said sorry i did not hear you and she said that if you have a to go order you have to sit by the window. So now I am having to get up move to the window. This is also after she slide the menu to me at the seat i was sitting at for the majority of the time i was in the location. Ok that's fine. I paid and asked for a receipt and oh so sorry I am not able to get you a receipt. I truly do not complain. I really understand that the service industry is difficult. I work in it. But this visit was so frustrating and the hashbrowns were burned. I just want home hungry.
