We ordered dinner through the app and showed up to pick up order at 9:45. Location hours state you’re open until 12:00 A.M.? If this is the case why would did your employee’s not answer at the intercom, lock the doors, and then attempt to sneak out the back door once they thought we had left the parking lot. I mean, I wasn’t expecting Chick-Fil-A service or anything, but I was at least expecting to receive the food we paid for. Guess I need to lower my expectations for Wendy’s...read full review
