We went today and the food was hot and the sweet lady that brought us our food was so sweet. She was singing and just the sweetest! Highway 80 in Phenix city Wendy’s is the best!!

I have been through the drive thru twice this week. The food was good but my praise report is on the The lady running the drive thru she had the best personality. Customer service was an A+. I dont know her name but if you go thru the drive thru you will know when its her. Wendys give this lady a raise this is service done right and now a days this is very hard to find.

ordered the Wednesday meal thur door dash bag is sealed when I opened it there was no sauce in there for my nuggets please do better at making sure everything is in the bag before sealing it up ty

If I could give 10 stars for services I would! The entire staff at this location should be the model for Wendy's. Worldwide, there's never a time that I haven't gone in and not been greeted with a smile. Asked how my day was serviced promptly.An order is always correct. This also goes for the drive through, always super polite. When ordering Very respectful in a tenth at the windows. This location hands down is the best wendy's locations i've ever been in.

this worker was so beyond rude all because i asked what comes on their burger. i asked “what comes on the burger” and the girl goes “everything”, obviously not knowing what everything is i ask for clarification so she’s even more rude. all i have to say is THIS IS YALLS JOB. not everyone knows what comes on yalls food i dont ever go there fr. her manager ended up getting on the mic because i called her out for being rude. just do your job bro, i try to be nice because i work in customer service as well and i know people can be rude so i dont understand where her attitude even came from. don’t recommend going here at night.
