I hate to make this review, but it needs to be done. I just left the drive-through and had the worst customer experience ever. The woman taking my order had a very nasty attitude when I came around to pick up my order the woman handing us our order was rude as well. I tried to show her my keychain to get my frosty and had a nasty attitude and rudely told me that they take that at the speaker. Our fries were cold and our drinks did not have any ice. Normally this location had some of the best customer service until today. I am sorely disappointed the attitudes were not necessary. If they don’t like their jobs, then they should not be working there. If this had been my first experience, it would have been my last. As someone who has been in customer service all his life in the military and civilian life. This is very sad.

If I could I would give this Wendy’s a zero. I have never been to a restaurant and been treated the way I was treated they have no respect for the store nor the guest. These kids do not speak at all to you. They huff and puff while taking your order. And then when you get your food it is totally wrong. You would think that after all the horrible reviews someone higher up. Would have came in this store and cleaned house. This place is a disgrace to Wendy’s name.

We ordered online and was disappointed at the value of what you get didn't coinside with what we got. We were not greated what so ever, never even thanked for eating there. Also we ordered a medium frosty and was given a small. When we explained we ordered a medium the young lady at the window just walked away not saying a word. Eventually returning with the right side and still not saying a word.
Instead of trying to fix financial issues by increasing prices and shrinking the size of the orders, trying fixing the service first. Just speak, apologize and make it right!

Wrong order. Horrible food. Terrible service. Always dirty. 20% chance it'll make you sick. I've kept trying it since it's close to the house but I've never had a good experience there. The last time made me sick and I haven't gone back.

Terrible terrible service. All the girls working were looking at their phones. Handed me my food without saying one word and then immediately went back to her cell. I have had a bad experience every single time. I will never ever go back. The franchise owners really need yo talk to and train staff on professionalism. Terrible beyond words.

No Name

This place has multiple employees skimming money off the top. They charge people more than what they ordered and don't provide a receipt. If you ask for one they tell you their printer is down. Or they print one out with things charged individually and at larger sizes, but it won't even match what you paid. Do not go here.

Angry employees, inedible food, drink order had to be corrected twice. Had to go in and ask for my receipt after asking for it at both windows. I rarely ever give a bad review, If I can't say something nice, don't say anything, but seriously! This Wendy's won't last long if management or corporate doesn't step up.

Worse customer service ever. Made me waited almost 40 minutes, while the whole staff inside was just talking, standing around even doing each other hairstyles, and on top of that the food was disgusting. Never coming back again.

This place is awful. They were rude when asked for a receipt, then were rude when we pointed out that they had overcharged us and got our order wrong, and then simultaneously sucked their teeth when we said, “you know what, please just refund our money.” Every single one of these people needs firing. If you do not want to work the day after Christmas, just do not show up.

Avoid at all cost… received wrong order after waiting over 15 minutes, employees are nonchalant, uncaring, unprofessional, rude…Owner, feel free to contact me.
Plus, after reading several reviews about not receiving a receipt, I did not receive one either. My meal should have been $10.xx. Charged me over $12. Definitely scamming. Contacting corporate. Trying to locate an owner. To be continued…
