The food were cold and when I asked for two plain hamburgers with nothing on it but I still got cheese on both. The only reason I came here because Burger King was busy, but never again. I paid 16.27 for 8.00 Jbc meal and two plain hamburgers. Never again!!

Traveling through and thought to give it a try because it was new. Turned out to be my worst Wendy's experience ever! Walked in and had to wait 5 min for someone to come and take our order with 5 or more employees standing next to the fryer talking and laughing. The cashier finally comes over but doesn't speak and won't look at us even after spoken too.... And the food had no taste.

I told the girl on the front counter with that pink wig on I wanted the 4pcs chicken tender and fries cooked fresh i saw her go tell the boys something she told him to Reheat some that was already cooked i use to work in fast food so I know the tricks when a customer asks for something give them what they ask for not what you want and on top of that the boy still had to cook some

We stop in more than once each visit in the area. Jr. Cheeseburgers are always hot and they don't mind when I get mustard only with all the veggies while my sister gets ketchup only. Granddaughter orders Fusion, fries, and chicken. She requests chocolate ice cream in Fusion and it's served with a smile. We go inside and order to go. Both the young man and the young lady who have waited on us the past few visits have given our orders with a smile. The food was good and the service was fast. I don't understand all the negative reviews. I was glad I didn't read them before I stopped there a few times. Other friends had recommended this Wendy's to us.

Very rude cashier, her name is IAyonni or something like that. She charged me for a large meal twice on different orders and proceeds to give me a medium fry. She’s very rude and doesn’t know any manners or greetings. Horrible service.
I said no onions ,slop came with onions said they have No ketchup well what's this red crap on my burger, said no coke , no dr pepper . Food looks like it came from the dumpster, not even eatable, 13 bucks down the drain ....

I gave this location too many chances to turn it around. Last time was the final straw! Ended up getting sick later on that afternoon after getting a spicy chicken sandwich meal from here. Never again! It tasted off, I only took 2 bites and I threw it away.
