They got my food wrong and lady had bad attitude. Ain’t no grown adult in there just young teens. Just smiling and being on their phones. They need to retrained the employees about customer service and how to treat customers.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received at a Wendy’s. They’ve got four cars pulled around the building waiting to be served. And the staff is rude People just go to Chick-fil-A. The service is so much better.

If I Could Give This Wendy’s Zero Stars, I Would. I Ordered 30 Minutes Ahead Through DoorDash. I Sent My Son In To Pick Up Our Food, And He Came Back Out About 5 Minutes Later Looking Confused. He Said The Staff Completely Ignored Him.
I Went In Myself, And The Whole Store Was Dead Quiet. No One Talking, No One Engaging With Each Other Or Customers. Just A Bunch Of Teenagers Doing Their Own Thing. No Leadership Or Customer Service From Anyone. One Kid Was On His Phone, The People On Fries Were At Least Working, And The Rest Were Just Standing Around With Their Arms Folded, Backs To The Register And The Window, Looking Lost.
I Had To Step In And Get Someone’s Attention To Ask About My Order, Since No One Was Acknowledging Customers Or Saying Anything.
Turns Out They Never Even Started It. I Ended Up Waiting Another 10 Minutes.
And When I Finally Got The Food — It Was Straight-Up Trash. The Fries And Nuggets Were Cold, And Two Of My Burgers Were Super Thin And Sloppy. I Literally Threw The Entire Meal In The Trash.
Trash For The Meal. Trash For The Crew. Trash Experience All Around. Wendy’s Corporate, Please Do Something About This Store.

This is the worst Wendy’s i’ve been too in my entire life. Everytime i get food from here it’s an issue. The employees are extremely rude and on several occasions they messed up orders because they were dancing and making tiktoks. They’re so unprofessional that one day i was given my food and they closed the window immediately without realizing they didn’t take my payment (no complaints on that). Last night was my last straw, my brother went to order his food, they messed his order up 4 times and he said would come inside to order instead. As my
brother walked to the door they looked directly at him and locked the door in his face. I no longer want to speak with the manager, if anyone knows how i can get in contact with the district manager please let me know.
