Best Wendy's I been to, they made a small mistake but were polite about it and quick to fix it. All the food came out fresh and perfectly cooked/made and sweet tea is very sweet but very good.

AMAZING! When I tell you I was IN and OUT with a juicy, hot burger in less than 5 minutes.. it was no joke! Burgers , fries, drinks were ALL amazing! I can’t decide what was better , the 100 food rating from the state or the clean restrooms, or the amazing quality food!

The lady who is always polite at the window or inside is great. ALL THE OTHER WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE!!!! They don't greet you, they'll ignore you standing at the counter, look at you, and keep talking amongst themselves. If your order is wrong, they will ARGUE with you or try to berate you. Ive given them try after try. DM even reached out, no incentive to give them another go was given nor asked for, and still they're not better. My last order was 2 maple chicken breakfast meals....no bacon, no butter...I didn't even try to correct it. Seemed she was all alone and she was pleasant. Can't say I'll never stop again...but if the gas station is open and im hungry...

I stopped by to get the new maple bacon chicken croissant I believe it was and this is what I received it was one thin strip of bacon folded in a chicken look like a large piece of a chicken nugget

Food was slow. But the food was hot and good. No issue there. The issue at hand is this Wendy's is trying to scam customers out if there money. They have a sign in the window. Due to penny shortage they round up to the closes nickle. So if they owe you 4 Penny's back. There keep it. Very shameful. There is no penny shortage. Even if there was. The business should round down. Not round up and steel the customers money. All tho a few penny is not alot. But it's the point of the matter plus if they take enough change from the customers. It add up. Something should be done by corporate. ASAP.

I was so glad they finally brought fast food restaurant to our area. I am definitely not a person going around doing reviews. I was hungry and Wendy's was always my favorite. This place is so nice inside and out. The problem is the money is spent on the building and not the employee's training. The place was not stocked(no nakpkins, cup lids etc.) and most ofthe employees were on cell phone (video calls)behind the counter. SERIOUS MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. Go ahead and shut this place down. Turn it into something else.

Do not come here as the other 100 1 star reviews say. How this place is still operational and hasn't been audited is beyond me. The last THREE times ive been here they either gave me food I didnt order and used the wrong ingredients to make their life easier. Then when asked to correct gave me attitude to the point I didnt trust them making my food.

I dont fast food often but get baconator cravings every once in a while. EVERYTIME ive ordered a baconator they give me children's patties. I pay full price and get 1/4 the burger. Scamming me out of product and money. Absolutely pathetic. The manager let's them get away with it 10000% 1 time is a mistake but ALL 3 times is stealing due to being lazy. They intentionally will not give receipts even if asked. Today when I tried to return my food because im sick of it. They refused because I didn't have a receipt. Even offered to show them my bank statement and they denied me. I decided I wasn't going to leave until I get a refund so they called the police, and forced me to leave. The manager and they late night drive through attendant on Nov 5th desperately need to be fired or replaced. Yall are one of the only late night food places in the area. These 2 people are single handedly ruining business opportunities for wendys. How many bad reviews about them lying, stealing, or terrible service until action?

If they will lie and steal money from customers I wouldn't trust them with food.

The lady in the drive through was rude, disrespectful. I was trying to place my ordered didnt get to fully place my order before she told me to drive around. And then when we got to the window she got even more attitude. I will not be back someone needs an attitude check.
