My first time at this Wendy's. The person who took my order was rude. She was trying to rush me out of there and my order was not right. Also, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and she said ketchup was already in the bag (which it was not). Also she would not rescan my coupon that was on the app. Very unfriendly and poor service but the food was good.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was the driest sandwich ever. Plus 15 mins on my order and dine in wasn't even busy. Got my food then had to wait another 5 mins for someone to get my sauces they forgot. Lobby dirty bathrooms dirty. Place needs to do better.

Usually don’t have any problems here. However, I bit into my burger today and realized that it wasn’t cooked thoroughly at all. Make sure yours is cooked before leaving here.
I’m only complaining because this is my second time being forgotten about after I ordered my food. I waited 33 minutes. They were busy so I tried to understand. But it’s kind of difficult to understand when the five people that ordered their food after me received their orders before me. Then the shit manager says I don’t why they their placing to-go orders inside they should’ve just went through the drive thru. And my fries weren’t even fresh. I didn’t even bother going back.

On 10/01/2024 I ordered a # 3 lunch meal, when I got to the drive through window I wanted to add a burger, the employee told a supervisor but she said I could not add to my order because they have a time limit. Then I asked for my receipt, they couldn’t give me a receipt because the machine is broken. I was at the drive through for 5 minutes. I asked if that was a policy, she didn’t respond. Terrible customer service.

The person at the counter totally ignored the lobby customers and concentrated on the drive thru. There were 3 parties in line. People were angry, so we left and went to Waffle House across the highway. Better atmosphere and service.

Why am I paying for a large fry and end up with a medium every single time? Every time. I was once asked when spoken up about it, "oh you want an *actual* large?" Um, yes. I would like what I paid for. Today when I asked for the order corrected they had me sit in front of the building for 5+ minutes (out of spite I'm sure) while they continued to serve many other customers all which I'm sure had fries in their order. Why is it like pulling teeth to just get what I paid for?

If you don't like your job please don't work at fast food with attitude. I ordered chili BLACK manager said I can only get 2 packs of crackers. I paid $3.00 for 6 packs of crackers. I ask for onion & cheese in my chili still didn't get my order right. No spoon no napkins. Nasty attitudes couldn't even follow the assignment.

This is my third time to ty this Wendy's and it will be my last. This is a very new Wendy's and the first time I tried it I gave them a pass because I figured they were getting the bugs in the system worked out. I stopped there last Tuesday night for supper and went in because the drive thru was backed way up. I placed my order quickly but the person taking it was not friendly at all. There were about 8 staff milling around that I could see. Maybe 3 of them were working the rest were either playing on their phones or eating something. When the gentleman finally gave me my food I saw that he threw a burger in my bag. I said that I had order spicy chicken nuggets (#3 meal) and not a burger. He is the person who took my order and had not given or offered me a receipt so I can't be sure what he rang up on the register. He slid the burger in the trash and I went and watched him throw the nuggets in the bag. A few got in the actual container. Then he flipped the bag and the bag with my salad across the counter to me. Never said sorry or here you go or have a good day or sorry for the mix up. Just very rude and unprofessional . I don't like to write bad reviews but I had to here. I even noticed an employee scratching his back inside of his shirt and i never saw him go and wash his hands. I would not eat at this Wendy's!
