I make the trip from Ft Benning to come to this Wendy's. Never been for dinner, but the staff at lunch is always awesome and food is always good.

The lady in the drive through was rude, disrespectful. I was trying to place my ordered didnt get to fully place my order before she told me to drive around. And then when we got to the window she got even more attitude. I will not be back someone needs an attitude check.

Typical fast food. This branch rushed me to pay and had me pull up when there was 3 cars in front of me with 1 car behind me to try to save drive through times. then was rude when i asked for condiments.

Rudest staff is have ever dealt with. They park every single car even if it's a small quick order. It took 20 mins to get 2 frosty and they still messed up the order. Then yelled at me when I tried to bring it back.
UPDATE: New manager is so sweet. I am glad I came back there. They got my frosty wrong but I don't even care because the new staff was happy and kind.

I would give 0 stars.. where do I begin. This store WILL scam you, they charge you for a book coupon for $1 without consent, don’t bother ordering online because they will STILL mess your order up and don’t even bother asking for a receipt because they will tell you the printers and receipt mechanics are down. This store is an actual joke. Everyone in Fort Mitchell knows about y'all just shut it down.

The place is beautiful but yes, this is probably one of the first negative reviews I had to tell myself it's OK to write. People need to know.
This was at 8pm.
The group of 'young adults', they all looked under 25 I'm not trying to be rude, seemed more focused on playing around and talking with other guests who I think were off duty employees (not 100% sure) yet even with that happening they were kind at least.
But the meal, the food....we both got the same thing. Spicy Asiago RANCH chicken sandwich. Waiting for the spicy chicken to cook isn't upsetting. But having one sandwich with brown lettuce, no sauce AT ALL, and the smallest single slice of cheese is absolutely sad. The other had mayo....MAYO instead of the asiago ranch and the chicken was somehow cold when they made us wait for 'fresh chicken'? Tasted dry as well even with some things I had at home to try and 'dress' it up.
I wanted to give this place a chance but if we wanted that kind of chicken sandwich we would have went to McDonalds. Never again.

Whomever is the general manager of this Wendy’s needs to be fired. Control your employees. They have us parked at the entrance opposite of the drive thru. Waiting for our food for like 16 mins so far. I should have listened to the bad reviews. The general manager should be at the restaurant helping your employees if they suck this bad. Be better. Maybe you are there but you are bad just like they are. After all that I still didn’t get a straw.
