I recently ordered a combo meal, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was cold, my drink choice was limited, and the service seemed disorganized. I hope to have a better experience in the future, and I wish the best for the employee who seemed to be having a difficult time.

The food was ok not the quality I expected from Wendy's. The customer service was average nothing to brag about, went through the Drive-thru , didn't have a long wait.

Our order has been wrong at all of our 5 visits. Not something small like missing sauce…we are missing entire meals, receiving completely plain burgers, and incorrect drinks. Keep trying because we assumed they were just new and getting used to being open but I’m serious I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant this bad!!

Stopped by because it's a new location and wanted to try it out... hwy 431 Phoenix cityDid a mobile order, because I was extremely late....go to the drive tru and the fist thing they told me it's "wait a second" 3 minutes after they say " what you need?" I told them about the mobile order and she says "pull to the window"... lady open the window 3 times don't say a word the 4th time told me " move to the white line"Guy was taking out some else order that was parked up front and he was the only one that actually talked he said "I be right out with your order, did the manager offer you any extras?" I was confused but I told him "no they didn't " lady comes out with my order and I told her she forgot my drink, and she *sight* right at my face .. the drink wasn't full, large cup fill just above the small part.. them fries was stiff like they was refried the nuggets was cold and the loaded nacho burger should have a warning because it's way to spicy (my fault for not reviewing the ingredients) no ketchup, napkins ot straw was given.... it all took about 15 minutes .... imma stick with my wendys on hwy 280 also fairly new and awesome staff...
I ordered from drive thru today and took my food home. The young man at the window had great customer service. Everything was good except for the burger. When I bit into my burger, the bacon was extremely stretchy and the burger patty was raw in the middle. I mean PINK!!! I tried to look for a number so I could tell the manager that raw burgers were being handed out, but the number is not listed anywhere online. Y'all be careful out there, I would have never looked at that patty if it wasn't for the stretchy bacon. Thank God I did!

It would have been better for Wendy’s that this location never opened. How are you new and already this terrible. If you want a proper Wendy’s experience go anywhere in the city but here. We deserve better.

They gave me food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that day and the next day I was up at 6 on the toilet and couldn’t stay off.

Hopefully they will get the kinks out since they are new, but I would only go for a frosty if I had to stop again. I have been 2 times and each time my food was not fresh and I had the wrong burger. Too many young people working at night that don't know what they are doing.
