Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Used to love this zaxbys. The last four or five times we have went over the past few months have been very disappointing. Tiny chicken extremely overcooked every time. Boneless wings , overcooked. It’s very obvious you guys are flash frying food that’s been sitting out when an order comes up. Today I had boneless wings , ordered nuclear. Tasted like they were tossed in bbq then wiped off and tossed lightly in nuclear. Fries were undercooked and over seasoned. Just wish this location would start cooking food fresh and not try to cover up mess ups. I know employees are hard to train but it’s been months now of the same food quality and that’s a real bummer for this location. Hopefully things get better because we love zaxbys.

I placed a mobile order to pick it up at 5:00pm. I waited 10 minutes for the order and drove 8 miles home to find out that my order was missing one wing and one other wing was completely overcooked and dry. So after a 16 mile round trip I got to enjoy a 3 wing meal and it’s too far to go back for 2 wings. This is the first time I receive bad service at this location.

OMG the food is terrible !!!! I The chicken was tough, and old . The frozen lemonade taste like someone poured salt in it . I wasted damn near $20 on some nasty FOOD!!!!

The amount of fries they give you is so inconsistent it’s honestly maddening. I GO BIG on my fry everytime yet these guys constantly give me a McDonald’s small fry essentially.

This was the FASTEST DRIVE THRU I've ever been to.
It was lunch and they were busy but they had the Food in my hand faster than I got my card back.
The food was good, the service was friendly and if I lived here this would be my ZAXBYS
