Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This place sucks like most of them. Chicken strips the size of fries. Order multiple meals that should get sauce for each meal but employees are told to only give one yet if I drive through the drive thru for each meal I would get a sauce for each meal. Kids that don’t care about customer service and management wanting to please the workers over customers cause of the turn over rate is so high.

Although the service of taking my order was ok, the food wasn’t fresh, I asked for extra hot honey mustard sauce on the side didn’t get it. The chicken tenders were old and hard the fries had way too much seasoning on it.

Stopped by on my way to work got a 6 piece chicken finger platter omg the chicken was so salty and it tasted like the oil they fried it in was burnt and old the fries had way to much salt didn't eat it threw it away lost about 15$ on that.

Had to go there because of their TV commercial for the Zensational Zalad. Boy was I let down. You do get your choice of fried or grilled chicken & it comes w/two dressing packets and a whole eggroll on top.
It is basically a chopped Asian salad. That's it, no crunchy wonton strips or sliced bell peppers....Nothing to make it Zensational! or worth $12.⁰⁰ !!
Oh well!

Sunday lunch 11:45 chicken was delicious, bread was hard and fries were cold and not fresh

Store smells. Stood at front counter for too long without being acknowledged. Floors so sticky you can hear and feel every step you take. Lots of hair and no hair nets. Many other health code violations.
