I have yet to have a bad experience with my Zaxbys...food, service, everything is always great...id say I wish I could remember names to point out those who provide extraordinary service, but its all of them, always...whatever yall have done, whatever leadership you have, and your exceptional hiring practices, please keep it up...I only wish every restaurant was as awesome...the one and only negative thing I can say is that I wish prices were a bit lower for poor folks like me, but, then again, the quality of the food and service is still well worth it.

My salad was ready fast, but the grilled chicken was super chewy and dry, like it had been reheated or just severely over cooked. It tasted just like chicken from microwave meal, that was the texture it was giving. Very disappointing for $12. I used to eat here a lot, never had bad food like this before so something has went downhill. Waste of money today.
