I have yet to have a bad experience with my Zaxbys...food, service, everything is always great...id say I wish I could remember names to point out those who provide extraordinary service, but its all of them, always...whatever yall have done, whatever leadership you have, and your exceptional hiring practices, please keep it up...I only wish every restaurant was as awesome...the one and only negative thing I can say is that I wish prices were a bit lower for poor folks like me,...
Nice to see customer service is not completely gone. My server, Shelby, was so professional, kind, and patient. She represents this company very well. The food was great as always.
I had the pleasure of ordering in the drive thru with Maddie today. She was so chipper and kind. After a long day, it was so refreshing to see so many friendly faces. This location has been a blessing to our area.
