Coffee is great ! Staff is great !
Lovely coffee, friendly staff and delicious treats
I honestly didn’t expect to find a coffee shop like Akay’s Coffee after getting off the interstate in Pike Road to get some work done, but I’m really glad I stopped in.
The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, the atmosphere was comfortable, and it turned out to be a great place to sit down and work for a while. I could also easily see myself grabbing a couple of friends and coming back just to sit, have coffee, and catch up.

Akay’s Coffee in Pike Road is a cute coffee shop that feels warm and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, super friendly and kind, and greet each guest with a smile and warm hello. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and professional, and there is plenty of parking for anyone who drives out of the way. The baristas know what they’re doing and deliver quality espresso drinks, cappuccino and the barista special. One surprise drink, a white chocolate raspberry latte, was really, really good and reasonably priced. The coffee is simple, well‑made and genuinely enjoyable, with quality beans and no low‑grade coffee. The food is good, just right and healthy too. Guests can sit down, work or catch up with a couple of friends in a great environment. Many reviewers say the coffee is the best they have had and highly recommend Akay’s Coffee for a real coffee drinker or anyone passing through Pike Road. The owners and staff are the sweetest people and the service is amazing.
