I GAVE A 3 BECAUSE YALL HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK THESE DOORDASH ORDERS BEFORE THEY GO OUT TO MAKE SURE ALL THE FOOD IS THERE !!!! AND CONDIMENTS INCLUDED IN THE BAG !!!!!!
I ORDERED 4 DELUXE BREAKFAST ON 8-2-25 AND NONE OF THEM HAD MY HASHBROWNS INCLUDED I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED

Jack's has been a staple of Pleasant Grove for as long as I have lived here.. with that being said, I think its time they just close this location for good. Never get what you order, always missing items. If I could give this location zero stars... it would still be too high. I'd rather drive an extra 30 min to another location.

Orders are wrong every single time. Food is inconsistent on taste. Extremely long wait times. Workers complaining about each other within ear shot of customers. Not sure how this place is still open.

Depending upon what I crave , I love their steak biscuits in the mornings…. I definitely love their chicken fingers and fries!!! Just right !!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This jacks is awful. It’s always being complained about in the fb group. Horrible customer service, horrible food preparation, and nasty attitudes.

I went in today and ordered a Breakfast toaster and it wasn’t toasted, I went back in to get it fixed and the manager wasn’t too pleasant because I asked if something was wrong with their toaster. When she asked for it to be remade she told them to run it through twice to be devious, so when I got my food back it was burnt, it didn’t have mayo, and the bacon was burnt as well. The toast was black with no butter and the burned scent was awful. This was done by the managers request. This was around 7:20 am. You guys need better leadership, and a friendlier staff that actually cares about your business.

The Pleasant Grove Jackson Pleasant Grove Alabama they never get your order right and if they do they leave party or order out you ask them if your order is correct and everything in the bag and they tell you yes they don't even look I have actually drove out to corporate office to speak to them about never getting your whole order when you order it and they just blew me off like nothing they didn't even care or did what the lady said that they were going to do at the corporate office
