My review is based mostly on the experience. That is not to say that the coffee isn't wonderful, because it is, but I feel like that the experience at this particular Dunkin' is more important to me than the food/coffee.
I stop at the Prattville Dunkin several times a week on my way to work, and honestly, it is often the best part of my day. The manager, Gabby, is awesome...she really is. Whenever I go in to pick-up my coffee, which is almost always ready, I am also greeted with a hello or 'good morning Kirk.' So yeah, I'm only in the store for about 20 seconds, but what makes it so great is the vibe and the sincerity of Gabby and her people (they are all pretty awesome)
In my opinion, being genuine is increasingly rare nowadays, and and makes a big difference. Again, this why I am recommending/reviewing this Dunkin.
Highly recommended! And if you happen to read this Gabby, what you and your crew do everyday is truly appreciated!
Drive thru was very slow
Waited a longer time than I should have for a box of Joe. Its possible my ticket time was normal, however that fact was obscured by the fact that while I was waiting it was social hour behind the counter for the young female employee - talking all about how she was late to work because she was cold and didn't want to get out of bed, and was more concerned with trying an iced drink she said was 'bussin' than to pre-assemble my cups/cream/sugars while the other girl worked the filling of the box, plus I even heard F-bombs getting dropped.
The gentlemen that helped me at the indoor register was fast and courteous (some munchkins and a doughnut).
All this said, I don't blame the employee(s), Management has clearly failed to establish standards for professionalism.
I grew up in New England so I have brand loyalty for Dunkin' but next time I'll probably meet this need via a competitor.
I’ll say the service was pretty good. The food was awful. The three times I went. I always try something at least twice.
Finally giving up. Makes iced coffee wrong almost every time I go there. Then has an attitude when asked to remake it.
The absolute worst customer service! I went on my breakfast break and I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes because the worker says she forgot I was there and what I ordered all while everyone else got their orders and drive thru was cleared out. Then she says to me we're short staff as if I care! I spent half of my break in the lobby! They also didn't even have what I ordered and didn't tell me until I had been waiting for 15 minutes. If you're so tired overwhelmed over worked can't remember customers sitting right in your face, then you should get another job! Because that's not my problem complain to your management not me I'm only there for a bagel!

They couldn't get an order correct if I stood right in front of them and told them how to do it step by step.
Kid-friendliness: Employees are friendly enough just don't understand how to correctly put together an order.

Five Stars for Dunkin' Donuts
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dunkin' is my go-to for a quick and delicious breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up. Their coffee is always fresh and flavorful, and their donuts are the perfect combination of soft, sweet, and satisfying. I especially love their seasonal flavors and the variety of options they offer. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making my experience even better. Whether I'm grabbing a coffee on the go or enjoying a donut break. This location never disappoints.

I Have many health issues and finding things to eat while out can be challenging, however I find the Egg & Cheese wraps are something I can eat with no issues. However the other day I got more than I am used to getting. Not sure What exactly what this is but driving down the interstate I knew something wasn't right, thinking it was a hard piece of tortilla I removed from my lip and about had a crash when I seen that it wasn't egg, cheese or tortilla 🤮 I pulled off interstate to further inspect and I'm not sure if it's an insect, piece of food or what but it's definitely not what I was expecting! I immediately got sick to my stomach and I called Dunkin corporate to report what I had found. After getting my information they had a regional rep call me. I sent pictures and her assumption without seeing it up close or such was it must be Food from the associates not changing out the food wrappers in between prepping foods. She offered to refund my money. I was on my way to FLORIDA n already late so I told her I would be trying to figure out what it was n get back with her once I'm in town. I appreciate the refund being I was too freaked out to eat it, And I felt a bit dismissed being there was no urgency to find out what it actually is. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs to Dunkin Donuts, I have Slowly stopped going being they charge me extra for non dairy milks, the perks for coffee haven't been the best and it's rare you get consistency with how coffees are made. This experience makes me rethink ever going to Dunkin again. I'm not sure if these are insect pieces or food foreign food pieces but either way it has grossed me out!
Vegetarian options: Milk and milk alternatives are around the same prices yet they charge about a $1. Extra for oat or Almond milks So for those of us that are lactose intolerant, vegetarian We are CHARGED Extra!!

Ordered a cold brew and a chai latte with skim milk. The chai latte was absolutely disgusting, it tasted spoiled and sour. I couldn’t do more than a couple sips to taste and then threw it away. The cold brew was average, nothing special but at least edible.
The place wasn’t a good vibe and seemed icky to be in, kind of like a gas station where you just need to use the restroom and get out.
Service was meh too.

I got a bagel this morning and it is the hardest bagel I’ve ever had! Thank God I opened it because there was a black hair in my bagel!
