Just the usual fantastic service and atmosphere you expect from people serving Jesus’s ?! Ordered with ease and hadn’t even placed my number on my table before a crew member was walking behind me to place my order on the table. Dining area was super clean. ?️ ? biscuit was on point. Parking is a little tighter than some locations though.
We were at the Prattville Al Cobbs Ford rd location. When i received my order, i asked the person did she check the order? Her reply was that everything was in the bag. Once at the table, i noticed the cookie was missing. How they dealt with this could have been better.By the time management came to the table e plaining and offering a cookie voucher my waffles were cold.
