Ordered on app last night on the way back from Montgomery (11:10 pm). Got to the restaurant to see a sign on drive thru “pull around headsets dead”. So we pulled around to be greeted by a young man who announced “I’m sorry our computers are down”, I ask if that included app orders also? He went and pulled my order off from the device, looked at it and asked what I had ordered; I told him and he asks us to pull forward to wait. Dealvion that works there at the Prattville location is amazing. He treated EVERYONE with respect and kindness. He deserves a raise (and no he did not tell me to say that lol). I have managed a lot of employees and I would definitely want him to be on my team. I was a manager for 15 years and I know a good one when I see one. He made sure our food was hot and fresh. And he was there to help a guy in a wheelchair get settled.
