We were passing through the area and spent the night in Prattville. Sought a local breakfast establishment. Had never heard of Krystal, so decided to try it. I haven't been to this Ye place in a while.Decided to stop in for breakfast and get me a Krystal sunriser. I ordered seven crystal sunrises. Also order a small hash brown. The total came to $20. They had me wait for the sandwiches. I waited a good eight minutes and when they brought the sandwich to the car it was hot but it wasn't worth that I'm out of money. They change the way the sandwich used to the meat is more bigger and the bread. They are wrapped now and not in a box...read full review

Terrible.. the service was awful. Just rude and unprofessional.. The food was even worse. I have never in my life seen a Krystal so soggy and squashed. It was shameful. Will never go back to the prattville Krystal...
