Very disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Just sloppy work. And it wasn’t filled up. Please train your team on how to properly make a drink and to stop playing around. The person behind me left the line because 2 drinks were taking so long.
The line took forever and I had ordered ahead and the food was cold when I got it and had to wait for one of my drinks to be remade because it was wrong.

This is my large coffee from ellianos prattville. Why not give me a small cup for the small coffee.
I've been a huge fan of Ellianos ever since they opened. Always a good experience and the absolute best coffee around.

Ordered a Large and this is what I get. If this is a large than your prices need to drop. Sad part is we buy 4 joyshots a day and here lately something has been wrong with our order almost daily. I guess we might have to start looking else where.

Prices and frozen coffees are amazing, best I’ve found in the southeast and I’m a southern gal. Chicken salad was bland but they always nail the drinks. Unreal after you take a sip, it makes me say damn every time. So good

Despite being always busy, the staff is consistently upbeat and ready to provide top-quality customer service! I have only gotten coffee here, but my orders are always correct and delivered with a smile and a good word for the day. The wait times are not unreasonable, especially taking into consideration business levels. 5 star quality.
