So I'm a door dasher I waited patiently for 30 minutes on an order no one seems to know about. I watched another dasher walk right in and get her order. Instead of the manager being empathetic and kind the low budget Andy Warhol was very rude and was talking to some person who I perceived to be in management or maybe even rhe owner. I waited an additional ten minutes and then left. As much as I wanted to try their food myself it's a no for me. The only thing pleasant was the bartender. Edit: I spoke to customer service and they rectified the situation. They were incredible.

The food was exceptional! Fast kitchen service as well. Our server however did not have great customer service. She didn’t write down the order which caused 2 out of 4 meals to come out wrong and one meal to not even come out. Karma was very quick to drop off things at the table and not wait to see if anything else was needed or if things were correct.
