Jodi out of the Prattville AL is the definition of great customer service! Came from the kitchen with a line around the drive thru to assist at the register and stepped out to my car to assist! Thank you Jodi! Customer service has been on a decline but you went over and beyond , thank you.

Guthrie's is a restaurant known for its delicious fried chicken tenders, which are fried to perfection - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They also offer a tasty Guthrie's dipping sauce, which customers say is the best. The family meal, serving chicken and fries in full buckets, is generous and satisfying. The restaurant is clean and family-friendly, with helpful staff like Liberty, who provides phenomenal customer service and ensures a great dining experience. A notable feature is their sweet tea, served in a whole jug. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is fast and excellent, even during the evening rush. Guthrie's has maintained its high standards, providing customers with a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
