The store is gross. The customer service is easily the worst I have ever had to experience. After looking at other people reviews the owner doesn’t care they only respond to purely positive reviews instead of trying to figure out what is wrong with their store. My fries today were soggy, no salt, and had some weird flakes on them, I would post a picture but their is no option for that I give the food 2 stars because typically it’s good. But recently It’s like they cook in the toilets (they don’t it’s an exaggeration) heck I don’t even know if they have toilets. The 4 times I’ve tried to go inside the store I get approached by an employee and get told to go through the drive thru despite the lobby being empty and clean and having employees standing around. The biggest issues I have is the customer service, it needs to be fixed. And the food quality. This store is not busy enough to have bad quality or long waits. Customers should not be waiting for 5-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge their existence in the drive thru line especially if you’re not letting customers inside the store. Employees need to act like they like their job or life. I this is unacceptable and undoubtedly causing the store to lose money and customers. If I could give lower than 1 I would. After looking through the other reviews I can see that this issue has persisted for years and the owner seems to reply to only positive reviews instead of asking the bad experience reviews what they can do to prove the store. I feel like they are ignoring their issues and that’s a problem. This store needs help and they need to act like grown ups and learn basic customer service it’s unacceptable for a business who is essentially built by customers

We ordered 2 steak biscuits they were fresh but the biscuits were a little too dry. We also ordered 2 gravy biscuits one was just right the other was burned and hard, not good ? ? ? the gravy was really good.

I have been stopping at this Hardee for 2 months now. Food is ok, but when you place your order at the drive. You receive a lot of attitude. If you do not like your job quite and find what makes you happy. The ones out early, like you are also the working class.

Food is always fire but if you guys don’t get the right people in the restaurant who cares how good the food is!?! Literally stood in line ten minutes before anyone said anything to me. When someone did greet me it was with a “what you want?” What I want is to not be ignored and looked at like an idiot just because I want breakfast. I get it your busy but at least smile and let the guest no that you will be with us and just acknowledge us. All I heard was “who’s on front, I ain’t”. When a team member asked the manager about all of us standing in line she said they gone have to wait? Excuse me? How about you practice common courtesy and speak to people like a normal human being. Lady who was MOD this morning should be fired. She doesn’t know how to interact with guest and her attitude has rubbed off on everyone at this location. Look at the picture! They are busy and it should be something that you and your team take pride in. If you don’t like serving guest go get an Only Fans or something and take off those damn 10” fake lashes! It’s a food safety issue ?

My fiance ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and a meal, drove all the way home and it was 1 bacon egg and cheese, and one cubed steak biscuit. Neither of us eat cubed steak, its disgusting.

I stopped in due to hunger and nostalgia. My first real job was the Hardee's in Prattville, Alabama. I loved working there. I loved the Swiss and Mushroom Combo. The food is quite good, but the service was excellent. The two young ladies working the front were personable and truly seemed caring that I would have a good experience. And I certainly did.Kid-friendliness: When I went in, there was a child and his grandmother already eating. One of the cashiers/employees was cleaning up the floor. The child approached her and started a long monologue that I couldn't follow. The employee listened carefully, and when the little boy took a breath, she asked him respectfully what she could do to help. Bam! You don't see that every day.
Love eating breakfast and lunch here. Friendly staff they are so sweet.

She is not showing her customers good customer service and should be replaced. I do not tolerate rude behavior and will not be back. She had no name tag so I can't give her name.

Why does the dining room close before 5pm when they have it open for breakfast and lunch full house no problem. It's not fair to your customers that don't want to wait in the heat. Shouldn't have to when you have a dining room available. It's sad it feels like they don't want to clean front of house so they lock you out.

I have been going to this Hardee's for 10 years and it's always been good but now. They have a young girl working up there who loves to mess up people's order. I don't know if she is racist or just don't care but I can't come back because I don't trust her with my food. This makes 3 weekends in a row that I have got mess up orders from the same girl so I am not coming back for a fourth time. I will bet that I am not the only one either.
