All in all the food and salad bar was good, the waitress was really nice too, definitely a little pricey for what they offer. Though I do not recommend eating what they call stuffed shrimp, one bite and I had to spit it out it was disgusting to say the least, and it's definitely not stuffed shrimp!

In general I liked the quiet place, the food had little variety but was delicious, it felt fresh and had a good flavor, the service was generally fast and good, the atmosphere was normal.

gone here for years now, foods always fresh staff is so positive and for very little money
Vegetarian options: there are plenty of options for vegetarians such as fruit, stir fried vegetables, and Chow Mein.
Parking: Lots of locations all over Alabama, big parking lots, and lots of places to sit inside the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: the staff is friendly to all ages, I have never heard a swear word come out of any of the staff's mouths, the environment is very safe but kids 10+ can get their food by themselves. If they are under 10 please walk with them. overall I suggest this place for the price, quality, and great food!
