Look, this isn't Paris, but sometimes you just need a shot of honest, unpretentious flavor, and Las Casitas delivers. The place itself is a trip—the decor lands somewhere between genuine Southwestern charm and a dusty John Wayne Mexican movie plaza. It’s got character, and that's worth the price of admission.

The food was fresh and piping hot. I ordered the Texas fajitas and veggies where crisp and had a crunch to it instead of soggy. The chicken and steak were juicy and flavorfull. To top it off the service was above par.
