This was a bit of a let down for a McAlisters. We have been here a couple times. I’m not sure. If it’s management or not enough staff but the place always seems like we just missed a rush. The tables are cleaned promptly and there is often debris on the floor that makes it look gross.

The staff was nice but not very active; the food was delivered fast but no one checked on us or asked to clear our plates/refill our drinks. Our meals were yummy and on brand...

First time here to try this place out. Pretty simple, Deli style sandwiches and a side. We both ordered the tomato cucumber salad as the side and were served mac and cheese. The hubby kept his and I took mine back up. The cashier rang up both max and cheese and there is an additional $1.49 each for them. I did get the tomato/cucumber salad with no apologies for the error nor the extra money spent. Sandwiches were mediocre. Won’t be back.
