I didn't even get a chance to try the food and it became clear I didn't even want to get food from there. I went to the drive thru. I began ordering and in the middle of my order she started taking someone else's. Second person had trouble comprehending a simple order. Then I watch the cashier struggle with the card ahead of me with payment. When it was my turn, cashier never opened window and just kept walking away. She sometimes came back with someone. She looked completely confused. I finally gave up and drove off.

This place was terrible. So bad. We ordered on the kiosk and it took forever for our food so we went to get it. It was missing a sandwich. Two different containers of nuggets had foreign objects inside that I bit into... so disgusting. One of them was the nuggets from our two-year- old's kid's meal. The play place was dirty and there was no changing station anywhere in the restaurant. Why would a McDonald's have a play place but no where to change the children? On the window to the play area there's milk or ice cream that's been smeared in the glass and it looks like it's been there for a week or two.

I'm 4 months pregnant and literally all I wanted were some hot McDonald's fries. We waited in line for 15 minutes to get some cold, unsalted nonsense, and chicken nuggets that taste like cardboard. Customer service was OK. But everyone kinda seemed confused why they were there. Once again we are reminded that the Millbrook, AL location on 14 is leaps and bounds better than this location ever will be.

This McDonald’s is the worst I have ever seen. This is the 2nd time I have gotten food there and will be my last time. We are new to the area, (from another state) so we didn’t know how bad this place was at first. I gave it a second chance today thinking it was just a bad day the first time. But I was terribly wrong. This time was even worse. The attitudes from the staff and total lack of professionalism and care is truly astounding! If I behaved like that at my job I would’ve been fired !! The food is absolutely disgusting and thrown together like it was meant for an animal. I opened my double cheese burger and it was all apart and didn’t even look like a burger. Like they just threw the ingredients in the wrapper and wrapped it. I didn’t even eat it. It was that bad. Come on this is sad. The customer service is absolutely God awful! I hope one day it gets better SMH.
If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t came thru the drive thru I ordered the cheeseburger bundle and ordered our burgers made to order so we order them fresh they weren’t fresh had to send those back then waited 15 mins and my fiance had to go into the store to get them then when we got home my best friend ordered her a number three combo and her burger was raw completely undercooked and she’s a cancer patient that could seriously harm her I wouldn’t eat here again if all possible
