Or visit here was awesome. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and ham, and pretzel bites with cheese. The food was absolutely perfect and filling. Our server, Alex, was amazing! He's very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. I hope everyone who stops in to eat here gets the pleasure of having Alex as their server.

Service was very slow. Server was more interested in his phone. Wife had House Salad. I had Pizzaiola burger. Salad was fine. Burger was half cold.

Meh. Calzone was good. Wife's salad was not. They comped it tho. A/C was leaking all over the floor (way more than the usual condensation). Sears and tables not clean. Specifically parmesan all over all of the seating. Oh, and wife asked to sit outside and host said"sure" then proceeded to sit her in a booth inside.

Great service tonight! Alex mixed us a few shots that were great and gave a pleasant experience overall! Definitely will be here again

I ordered online for a take out order. The website told me my food would be ready at 7:30. By the time I received my order it was 8:26. By the time I got home, none of the food was hot. The staff was rude. They did not apologize for the long wait time or anything.

Food was great but the service was poor blamed on short staffing. Short staffing does nor explain why we ended up having to cancel one kids meal because everyone was finished with their lunch and his sandwich had not been delivered. Usually food is delivered together...ours came in shifts.

My husband got the Mighty Meaty medium size pizza with no sausage add extra pepperoni (fluffier crust). I got the Mighty Meaty on gluten free crust (flatter crust) no bacon and add mushrooms. We also had hot wings and I got a Lil House Salad. All was very good.

Great food. Alex made very good recommendations and was a good waiter. Highly recommend.

The bartender, Alex, made really great drinks! Food was great as well.

Had a small party in the reserved private dining area last night and was so pleased with our service and food! The waitress was excellent at taking care of us and our appetizers and pizza was served timely and was yummy. In a time where everyone is short staffed Mellow Mushroom in Prattville did a job well done! Thank you!

Server was very friendly and made sure to check on us frequently. Food was delicious.

We really enjoyed our lunch, We sat outside on the patio with our little Yorkie and had a great lunch. The waiter was awesome with us and our little Ben. Merry Christmas ?

First time visit. Food was great. Not like fast pizza snack but real food. Yummy

The staff were really nice...that alone would make me give them a second try. I didn't care for walking to the bar in the back of the restaurant to pay for a call in, takeout order. The dough was a little bit chewy, and the toppings were a little lacking on the pizzas we ordered. They have vegan options, which we need for a dairy allergy in the family and the pizza isn't bad...it just wasn't excellent. I will update when we try them again.

Since the new manager took over the whole experience from being greater at the door til the te we left was amazing. We've been a couple of time lately and each te has been great. Way to go Mellow Mushroom.
