Birthday dinner for my daughter who works 7 days a week. Upon entry we were pleasantly greeted & seated. She Ordered chicken tenders appetizer. Waited twenty minutes for them...only for there to be ONE(1) fully cooked. Limp when picked up/crunchy/cold in the centers. Mind you there were maybe 6 tables occupied . Customers shouldn't be forced to divulge their health issues in any eatery frequented. Restaurants staff should be careful with what THE CUSTOMERS wishes are(within reason). For the health conscious DON'T SERVE cold rolls with cold spread . When Customers express their drink choices their glass/cup shouldn't go dry ESPECIALLY when the servers are within EYESIGHT of them. Patrons being given "entitlement " style over those Customers either NOT being or being UNDER served because of their tables should have no talk. When the food is NOT DONE simply accept that more time taken (server inform customer ??)is needed to fill order rather than send out undercooked food. Some servers aren't a good fit but the managers will attempt resolution. The Cajun chicken dinner was tepid(barely warm), the seafood platter dinner wasn't hot(warm)No sauce at all. No condiments either. Food was not wanted. Expensive meals for our pitbulls????. Can't speak for my daughter but my return visit won't be anytime soon. One Montgomery location visit had previously been a no go. Poor service from the front door to the kitchen.
Food was horrible in my opinion. Either cook is lazy or too much going on in the kitchen bc even the wait time was way too long to get food that bad. My meal was cold and bland while my wife had some fries look like they were cooked in old grease. Only saving grace at this place is our waitress Tina. She is awesome at her job. She has a warm welcoming heart and all the customers love her. She has no control over the food or what goes on the kitchen so no blame to her at all. If you choose to go there definitely go with Tina. Hopefully this place gets it together with their kitchen staff.
Ordered the 6oz sirloin medium rare with mashed sweet potatoes and loaded potato soup. The soup was orange and I have never tasted anything so foul like it was actively rotting. My main entree came out and it was the smallest steak I had ever seen (also overcooked) and my mashed sweet potatoes were ice cold. The soup was exchanged for a baked potato and the mashed sweet potatoes were sent back. When the sweet potatoes came back they were super heated and burnt my lip which resulted in a blister. The waitress was super sweet and the service was great. The manager came to our table and took off my meal (I had stopped eating it) sent us home with our Wednesday pie and a sampler of dessert. Not sure what is going on with the kitchen but they are definitely going to end up hurting someone if they don't take food preparation seriously. Side note the reason we got a sampler was because the lemon meringue pie we asked for apparently had gone bad. :/ So eat at your own risk. I will say my husband's food was fine.
I don't come to Prattville often and my son and I decided to come here for lunch yesterday. After being seated after about 10 minutes of standing up front we got to wait another 15 minutes at the table no server, no drinks, nothing. Even my son asked what was taking so long. Not one person came to the table. Thank you for wasting our time. I could understand if it had been busy, but there were only 4 tables seated. We got up and left to another place that was more than happy to take care of us.
We tried to have dinner there on Saturday night it was about 8 pm and we did have a group of 10. However the hostess when we said how many looked perturbed and after being quiet and slightly huffy told us they were on a 45 min wait and for our group would be up to 1.5 hour. We asked about us splitting up and said it would be the same. Really felt like she didn't want us there. We are all adults only one child and we tip well especially since we knew we were a large group. However we felt she just really didnt want us there. So we went to Jim and nicks and had no problems and great service. Your hostess is the first impression the customer gets and this was not good. Felt like she really didnt want us there. Her attitude said it all. This left a sour opinion of O'Charlie's for me. This was in Prattville.
Called in a to go order15 minutes before closing time last Friday night and surprisingly, the team member who took my order did so without hesitation. She was friendly, patient and understanding that I was starving and on the move. Many restaurant staff members should follow this girls customer service skills and use her as an example on how to treat every customer regardless of the size of their ticket or timing. Hats off to this young lady and her hiring manager.
Dietary restrictions: Customized my shrimp for a more healthier option.
Waitress was Kortlyn G. (what it said on the receipt not sure if that was her actual name or the managers). We waited for at least 30-40 for our appetizer to find out our waitress didn’t put it in. Waited another 15-30 minutes after that for our food. Then we waited another 10 minutes for silverware, and the manager saw us without any, and brought us some and comped our appetizer. My boyfriend’s food was perfect, but I got a well done steak when I asked for a medium rare. The waitress we had, she took care of every other table except ours. We only got checked on twice. We got the check and got out of there as fast as we could. I love coming here, but if this is the service we’re gonna get then I won’t be coming back.
We had Cortland as a server, and her attention to us was impeccable. Very personable and hospitable to say the least and when she was not attending to us directly, she had someone attend to us. All together friendly service, friendly atmosphere and good food to boot thank you we will be returning again.
The food was very good. The service my family and I received from Courtland was outstanding. Her menu knowledge and her smile was so pleasant. She made us very happy with her attention to keeping our drinks
Worst Experience I've had there yet had previously given them the five Stars but I revoke that new staff horrible time to be seated horrible time to be waited on horrible posted a picture of a drink had to go get it for my wife after everyone else got their drinks no one at the bar just forgot about us the fish was pretty decent but only got like four asparagus for what it cost I should have got more than that severely disappointed

Wow, just wow. How far can a place go downhill. It is really in need of a good cleaning. Our waitress was the worse we have had in a long long time. We waited forever for her to do anything or ask someone else for service. The food wasn’t bad except my own choice was not the best. Do not get the Louisiana steak unless you like a steak coated in black pepper. The topper was when our waitress after bringing our check stood at the next table talking to an employee who was eating and even after being told we wanted to pay and leave, she made us wait even longer to take our check. There was something wrong with her or she just didn’t care how she acted.
Every single pickup order is either missing something or has an old taste to it. Last order, fish made my sister sick and I had to go back twice to get all the items. Rolls were still missing but was not going back a third time. Called the restaurant and sat on hold for 30 mins before hanging up. Called back and still didn’t get in touch with anyone that could resolve the multiple issues. My son will not eat here at all because his burger made him sick for 2 days. We have to order his food from a separate restaurant. Will not go back to this location ever again. Horrible food and service.
Took forever to get the food, the beer was sour, had to ask hostess for silverware ( which she looked very pissed I asked) and the food was just awful!! Now I see why it wasn't busy at all and why so many people I know stopped going.
A friend and I went on yesterday. It was the best food and service I have had in a long time. We were greeted with such great joy from entering to leaving. The food was HOT, SEASONED, AND DELICIOUS!!! ATMOSPHERE GREAT!!! GREAT SERVICE GREAT FOOD! Thanks for a wonderful experience PRATTVILLE Alabama!!!! Blessings ?
We love O’Charley’s, in fact, we got the hotel nearest to the O’Charley’s in Prattville, Alabama, so we could go there for supper. It was one of the worst experiences from a server we’ve ever come across from O’Charley’s. The waitress Prianna took our order and never came back to check on us so we were never able to ask her about getting rolls or even refills for our drinks. We had to ask the hostess to get them. We were told due to O’Charley’s new rules that we had to ask to get them. This is a very cheap way for O’Charley’s to save money. We’ve never heard of this before. Our food came out that was brought by someone else and we were never checked on throughout our meal only for her to bring out the check. She was up front leaning against the railing, so she wasn’t busy with anything else. There was another waitress that was very tentative to her customer we really wished we had, had her to wait on us!
