Usually this location was fine but this time I came in to dine in, nearly every table and booth was dirty. If it wasn't napkins and wrappers and creamer cups left on the tables then it was large crumbs on all the seats or napkins on the seat or floors. It's a little disappointing. We came in well after the lunch rush when it was super slow. We were one of maybe two or three other customers.
Wait lines are extremely long, soup is watered down and I was given old pieces of bread for a sandwich

Sunday morning. Food quality. Awful. Customer service. DOUBLE AWFUL. Water was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Told the cashier and Mgr. They said nothing. Didn’t care. Then, one coffee container was empty. The other was barely warm and almost empty. Had to notify them of this as well….since it stayed that way the entire time we had been there. Then, bagels and cold cream cheese were thrown into a bag with each other. Both toasted breads were cool and hard. The Mgr tossed the bag onto the To Go counter even though we were eating In House. When asked for a couple of plates, he tossed those, without a care, onto the counter too. Panera has really really gone down hill. This location really needs to understand the value of a product and the customer….and perhaps a new manager. Look to Chik fil A for a mentorship.

I submitted an online order last night for 2 dozen bagels to be ready at 7:10am. I walked in at 7:15 to find only 2 workers and a massive line of people waiting. My order on the screen said it was ready but it actually had not even been started yet, then my order disappeared as if it had been fulfilled (you can imagine how much confusion this caused with later orders after mine). At 7:20 I asked when it might be ready and they said they didnt want to give me false hope and that they had not started it yet. Then they said "alright, I'll put everything else on hold for your order" in a sarcastic manner....well yes, I would expect that my previous nights order would be started first. I told them they didnt need to toast the bagels and then it was ready in about 5min. I am annoyed that I was meant to feel bad and such a large burden to ask for basic customer service. This is not the first time I've waited very long at this panera. I do not plan to return.

We are really enjoying the new summer menu for Panera. My husband is hooked on the Ciabatta Cheesesteak Sandwich. Last week he complained about the skimpy amount of onions & peppers. Today he asked for extra & it was perfect. As usual, the tomato soup & 1/2 baguette was delicious. Tried the Corn Chowder today & it was quite tasty as well! So many new things & combos to try! Very enjoyable lunch. Staff was friendly & helpful. Thanks!
