Really disappointing visit today. I recommend you place your lunch time mobile drive-thru pick up order before 1200 and after 1:30pm. Placed a mobile pick up order for a 12:30 pick up and waited 50 minutes past my pick up time only to not get half of what I paid for. This location cannot handle the stress of a lunch rush so I recommend not using work lunch breaks here.

Hits the spot every time! Other than some issues with cleanliness on the inside, I have not ever had a problem with this location. The food is always fresh and the servers are always friendly. I typically go through the drive through because sometimes the booths are not the cleanest but overall I have never had a bad experience!

I don't know how this location manages to mess up orders every single time. It's really impressive. The ticket on my bag is correct, but the modification isn't on my order. I'm sure there was an extra charge for it as well. How difficult is it to read a ticket and make sure that it is correct? Wild.

Chain bagel place that has lunch and dinner options. Eggs are getting dry tasting due to moving towards scrambled only.

Repetitive experience though, so it's reliable.

Usually this location was fine but this time I came in to dine in, nearly every table and booth was dirty. If it wasn't napkins and wrappers and creamer cups left on the tables then it was large crumbs on all the seats or napkins on the seat or floors. It's a little disappointing. We came in well after the lunch rush when it was super slow. We were one of maybe two or three other customers.

Wait lines are extremely long, soup is watered down and I was given old pieces of bread for a sandwich

Bad service, the cream cheese tasted like soap, and we had to come back because we were given a bagel instead of a cheese sufle.

Sunday morning. Food quality. Awful. Customer service. DOUBLE AWFUL. Water was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Told the cashier and Mgr. They said nothing. Didn’t care.
Then, one coffee container was empty. The other was barely warm and almost empty. Had to notify them of this as well….since it stayed that way the entire time we had been there.
Then, bagels and cold cream cheese were thrown into a bag with each other. Both toasted breads were cool and hard.
The Mgr tossed the bag onto the To Go counter even though we were eating In House.
When asked for a couple of plates, he tossed those, without a care, onto the counter too.
Panera has really really gone down hill.
This location really needs to understand the value of a product and the customer….and perhaps a new manager. Look to Chik fil A for a mentorship.
