Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an order online. I got there at the outside time for it to be ready. It was 15 minutes before a human came to the cash register. When she finally checked on my order, she said, "They are just putting it in the oven now."
The pizza was horrible. The crust was at least three inches between the rim and where the sauce and toppings started.
Never again.

The driver did not bring my food and gave it to the wrong person at the wrong house and so now I have to wait another 30 mins to get another pizza and wings made and still pay for it!

I ordered a large supreme pizza. Received a large half pepperoni/half cheese pizza instead. The delivery person didn't know what to do about the incorrect order. I did not accept the pizza. I called the Prattville location but the lady would not issue refund. I will dispute to charge on my credit card. Thanks for nothing Papa Johns Prattville, AL!

Very helpful,because I tried to order the pizza on line,but I do not have any luck with computers or a cell phone. Also I never understood the lingo and didn't know how much I needed to. Always to busy with work. And do not like changes. The young man understood,and helped me save a few $$ had the pizza ready and I had a great supper. Thank you young man for all your help .

Horrible order/delivery experience. The manager, MANDY should be fired immediately. This location will suffer even further under her leadership. Tyler Rumpke needs to handle this ASAP!

We had not ordered from Papa John's for quite a long time until tonight. The app was easy to maneuver & I loved all the options of how pizza is cut, amount of toppings, & how it should be baked. Placed our order for pick-up & it was ready exactly on time. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Pizza was hot & beautiful, with all the toppings distributed evenly over pizza. Veggie pizza was tasty & we will certainly visit again soon.

Yall seriously gave me this? There ain't even ten pieces. Tell me the crumbs don't count. This is pitiful. They were talking amongst themselves before they gave them to me. Terrible customer service. 06/22/24.

There was only 1 person working and he sat in his office ignoring my son. My son called him and asked him to make him a pizza and he wouldn't even leave his office. We ended up leaving and getting served at Domino's

I love my Papa John's here in Prattville. I'm a NJ girl. So I miss REAL pizza! The NY style is as close as you will get. ( add oregano for an authentic NY/ NJ pizza!)
