They could take a few lessons on how to cut up there veggies. They are way too big I had to pull off the bell peppers They was very large and the crusts was not cooked very well. Little to say I won't be gong back there wow I paid 26.00 for something that didn't get ate.

I placed an order online. I got there at the outside time for it to be ready. It was 15 minutes before a human came to the cash register. When she finally checked on my order, she said, "They are just putting it in the oven now."
The pizza was horrible. The crust was at least three inches between the rim and where the sauce and toppings started.
Never again.

The driver did not bring my food and gave it to the wrong person at the wrong house and so now I have to wait another 30 mins to get another pizza and wings made and still pay for it!

I ordered a large supreme pizza. Received a large half pepperoni/half cheese pizza instead. The delivery person didn't know what to do about the incorrect order. I did not accept the pizza. I called the Prattville location but the lady would not issue refund. I will dispute to charge on my credit card. Thanks for nothing Papa Johns Prattville, AL!
