The manager was out of this world with his personality..he mad me laugh so hard..And the staff was great as well..They got the food done fast..I was impressed..I would highly recommend

Came to get a pizza tonight and waited over an hour. The poor girl at the front was catching hell from the customers in the front and from the cooks in the back for asking how much longer. When I got there the app said the pizza was ready. I Ended up waiting over an hour and the pizza was ice cold when they handed it to me.

Ordered last week and it took an hour and a half to get to our house (less than 2 miles away). They gave us a coupon for a free pizza as a result, so we decided to use it. This time, ordered over two hours ago and have not heard from them. We call and they say they are waiting for a door dasher. DO NOT order from here if you want your pizza delivered in a timely manner.

My son wanted Pizza Hut for his birthday so we decided to get it from the location in Prattville Main Street since we was already in Prattville. The service was good, the food was good and hot. Order was correct. The restaurant was clean and not spacious but it worked well because only 2 other customers was in the store. I gave a 2 star for the atmosphere because it was 2 guys just staying there Lea ing up against the wall literally 2-3 feet from where the lady was taking the orders. I found that a it weird literally just standing there watching. Overall, my son and his friend enjoyed the food.

This is the first time after a long time I ordered from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately the food was not to standard. We ordered 2 Super Supremes and 1 Large 3 topping. There wasn't enough sauce and tge food didn't taste fresh. Will never return.

If only no stars was an option.....We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with half A having cheese and bacon and half B having cheese ham and bacon. When we opened our pizza box hoping for a good meal we opened it to only disappointment and more disappointment. We have in or possession a regular crust meat lovers pizza. The workers changed their mind on which box was ours twice, this is a 0/10 experience which has tarnished our craving for this business going further.
