This is a sad day for me having to say, I had a bad experience at a Roadhouse. These facilities are always the best. But not today. Our first set of rolls were tiny and dense. We asked for another. They were big, but well done. They tasted burnt. The manager lady come by, in a cheerful mood. Looked at them, and I guess she didn't know. She said enjoy your rolls. The salads, and potatoes were great! My steak was more rare, than medium. 6oz Filet. So I ate around the edges. My wife's 8oz strip was mostly fat, and looked more like a 3oz steak. đ There was another Roadhouse, right down the street. I wish we went to that one instead.

Great cook!!!!! My well done steak was delicious as well as my husband's rare steak. They also came out together which shows the cook knew what he was doing. Our service was awesome as well!!! Definitely recommend!

We popped in the Prattville Texas Roadhouse for an early dinner. It was 4:30 PM and the parking lot was pretty full for the time of day it was. After having a great meal with amazing service, I can see why.
Keri took exceptional care of us and was very helpful with suggestions and explanations. Service can make or break a meal and Keri made ours a great experience!
We had combo app (potato skins, fried pickles and ârattlesnake bitesâ). Everything was good with the ranch as the MVP.
Dinner was filets, loaded baked potatoes and house and Cesar salad. The steak was cooked PERFECT. Absolutely perfect.
Great meal for a fair price. Canât beat that! We will definitely go back, passing other locations and competitors to get to there!

We went here for our 25th wedding anniversary and the service was poor and the food was nasty! My margarita was so thick I had to stir it with a spoon and wait until it melted down when ask for it to be replaced the manger Emily denied it! My husband had started on his food and they forgot his salad brought it out last, we left 95% of the food on the table! Call and complain but Emily the manger was very nasty and wasnât concerned! My husband still have the waitress a good tip but we wonât go back!

Went in to the new roadhouse for a fundraiser. Amazing team service. Antwan took our order and brought our drinks. Another server brought our salads. Antwan made sure to keep our glasses full. Another server brought our steaks and made sure they were cooked to order. Now there are Kiosks on the table for quick payment. Great service. YUMMY food. Can't wait to go again.
