Absolutely hands down the worst experience I've Ever Had in a.Roadhouse. waited 2 hrs for awful service and waiting for cold food and no drinks. Waitress even tried to give us our bill and we had not even ate ÿet..

We went here for our 25th wedding anniversary and the service was poor and the food was nasty! My margarita was so thick I had to stir it with a spoon and wait until it melted down when ask for it to be replaced the manger Emily denied it! My husband had started on his food and they forgot his salad brought it out last, we left 95% of the food on the table! Call and complain but Emily the manger was very nasty and wasn’t concerned! My husband still have the waitress a good tip but we won’t go back!

Went in to the new roadhouse for a fundraiser. Amazing team service. Antwan took our order and brought our drinks. Another server brought our salads. Antwan made sure to keep our glasses full. Another server brought our steaks and made sure they were cooked to order. Now there are Kiosks on the table for quick payment. Great service. YUMMY food. Can't wait to go again.

We are regulars here. We are typically there off peak times, but there always seem to have a lot of staff on, and they are always well trained, friendly, and proficient.
It is family friendly, which may contribute to the noise level, but it's still easy to have a conversation.
We have never gotten food we didn't like.

Haven't had a negative experience yet. The filet is always great! Our server Kevin was 10/10 we thoroughly enjoyed him. He was helpful and attentive as well as having a over all great attitude. We will definitely be back and fingers crossed we have him again!
Someone from the home office needs to Have a talk with Ruthie Wilkerson, her attitude today 6/29 was unacceptable..we drove about 2hrs to come and dine and we left because she's not friendly. Please handle the situation asap.. we won't be coming back...

TX Roadhouse knows how to run a place…from hiring chefs that know how to cook a steak properly, the the hostess & wait staff I have only been dissatisfied with the cleanliness (in the back room area) one time, and they moved us and cleaned the table off immediately. Special shout out to Verna! If you ask for her, she’ll take care of you for sure!!

Normally a reliable place to get my steak cooked perfectly. Unfortunately this location was unable to get my New York strip delivered medium well done and had to take it back to the kitchen for another go around. Staff as always are very friendly and helpful.
