I have been visiting this tropical smoothie about once a week. The last few times my smoothie either has ice chunks in it or fruit chunks. My vegan wrap more times than not has meat in it. I have complained but it makes no difference. I hate leaving bad reviews but was left with no recourse.
Could improve on the drive-thru. Just left the drive-thru after waiting 20 min for a couple of smoothies.
Great food, but the attitude of some employees are not very welcoming and positive. Also for all military families, the military discount only applies to the person actually in the service as I was informed on my last visit.
