This is the McDonald's to go to in Prattville! The only one you should got to. The customer service is great and the food quality is great. They seem like they care about the customer! I always have a good experience at this McDonald's!! Shoot out to the manager and team members!!
I had a very pleasant experience today with a wonderful staff who were very very quick on their feet and happy to serve. Can't ask for more than that.
Service was fast and food wasn't fresh hot plus kid meals had same toy so yeah I don't usually get fast food no more. The lady who had the caution vest was not a people person but they were busy and one lady did help us so yeah I give her 5 stars. *****
