I went to tropical smoothie on January 27th expecting great service instead i was treated with some mild pettiness and disrespect to my disappointment my order was also wrong please fix this as i really enjoy tropical smoothie!!!

Love love love this place when I lived in Prattville. Green smoothie was my fave. Service was always fast and friendly. Wish they had a location in Florence, AL where I currently work and live.

I’ve given this place more chances than I should have, beyond rude managers, terrible staff that seems unprofessional and not trained, we’ve waited for 45 minutes in the drive through, if you ask a question you get a snarky response and the managers talk down to you. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again, be prepared to wait nearly an hour for a small smoothie.

Wasn't welcomed when I can in. Was a first time Customer and because I didn't know what to order, the waitress seemed annoyed at my questions. I ordered the peanut butter smoothie with an energizer, and when finished, there was a pill at the bottom of my cup. I called and was told it didn't get blended right. It's Weird if you ask me.
Waited a lengthy amount at drive thru, 1 vehicle ahead of me. Not sure how long the vehicle in front of me has been there, but I only waited about 5 mins behind them. My order was taken promptly, but getting to the window to give my payment/receive my smoothie was not prompt. 10 more minutes, I see one employee walk by, then another young guy who has my smoothie in his hand, he places it on the counter and proceeds to laugh with 1st employee that walked by. I am making eye contact with him at this point bc now I am in a hurry to make it to work on time, he looks at me and walks away. He starts doing other things, then I’m assuming the manager ( due to clothing and head set/ device in hand) walks by and looks at me not once, but twice. No one has acknowledged me, taken my payment nothing. Whatever they were conversing about seemed more important than me getting my smoothie that was just sitting on the counter. Now I work in customer service, so I know how it goes. If something is wrong, you’re tied up, you make it your business to acknowledge customer and let them know you’ll be right with them. I pulled off late for work no smoothie. Won’t be back to this location

ABSOLUTELY one of the absolute worst places to order food from. Didn't receive over half my order. How this place manages to stay in business is beyond me
