I was at the drive through by 11:54pm. They asked me do I use the app, I said no and they ghosted me. I was saying hello to the microphone and waited for almost 10 minutes and no one responded. I went to the window and even knocked it, but still no one responded. Very unprofessional.

We were in there 20 minuyes while 10 workers just talked to eachother would look at us the turn back around talking like we werent even there we finally just had to walk out drive thru was around the building waiting to be helped as well

Waited on mobile order for about 15 minutes and had to finally go inside to get it. No one was even at the counter when we came in and had to wait even longer. In addition it wasn't even made when someone finally came to the counter. Horrible service every time we go to this location. This place either needs better managers, employees or both. Definitely wouldn't call this fast food, over 20 minutes to get a frappe .
