I don't do many reviews but after eating here, I had to. Best seafood around!!! We enjoy seafood and used to go to another well known place fairly often, but after eating here it will be the only seafood restaurant for us. Food was AMAZING! Staff was great, received our order quickly. I can't say enough, if you haven't tried it, GO!!

Just got done eating lunch at Capeside. Smothered redfish was great and took home a cooler full of crab and shrimp at the same time. Definitely recommend for all your seafood needs!

My Red Snapper was mostly bruised pieces. No flavor. Hush puppies were over cooked. Slaw was not fresh. Garlic oysters was Garlic pieces mostly. Wasted money ? ☹️

Quick service even though crowded. Great gumbo. Red fish over Conecuh cheese grits with creamy cajun sauce with shrimp & crayfish tails. Whole fried catfish fresh & crispy generous portions.

Active popular local spot near Attalla AL got recommended to us- Cool busy and local vibe, waitstaff very kind active and helpful in guiding your dining choices on their big seafood menu (checkout the House Specialties). They r truly kind and pleasant to speak w. (Place byob)
Plenty o seafood entrees like shrimp n grits, sandwiches tacos, fried baskets, and of course the good ole esoteric country boil :/ I'm coming back for the Seafood Pasta. Soup, apps, come out a bit slower when place filled, b patient. They are Truly great and super fresh.
The blackened oysters* were perfectly plump- gives u 4 different dips plus lemons of course, v cool for the oyster fiend.
* U can also get em grilled o fried btw

Every one is says the service is horrible, I disagree with every one who says that.There crawfish is the best Crawfish ever, I’ve gone to many restaurants that have Crawfish and none have been better than cape side.There other food is delicious too. I recommend going and getting Crawfish

The &21.00 cup of “Lobster Bisque” should be renamed Celery Bisque and repriced. Lots of crunchy celery and a very tiny piece of lobster tail was all I got. Catfish and fries were way over salted and the side of coleslaw was hot and only about 3 tablespoons. They should be embarrassed. I’m embarrassed I payed over $40 for this ?
