Went in to order my coffee instead of using the app to place it. Even told and showed the lady on the app how I wanted it and they still made it wrong it was awful. I will never be back at this location.

Went in at 7:25am and ordered in the drive through and left with cold food at 7:45am. Three people who came through the drive thru after me left before I did, and most of those people ordered more than what I did, I only spent $5.50. The girl delivering food was kind but I don't know what happened to make something that usually takes 5 minutes take 4x the amount of time.

Very helpful the manager has a great team they always know what i want. Always fast and friendly service. My food is always fresh. The store is always clean. They always welcome you and makes you feel like home. I highly recommend if you haven't we too Dunkin on the drive you are missing out. So go to Dunkin on the drive if you want good fast and friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks to the staff that makes my morning start off great.

Always speaks when I come in. It’s always clean the staff is always friendly and helps me sometimes when I don’t know what I want. Food and drink it always fresh. I highly recommend this Dunkin they make you feel like family. I’ve never had a bad experience. Love this place and the people that work there the manager is always nice. Even when they are very busy they always handle with grace. I highly recommend to eat there and their coffee is always good.

I think that the Boston Cream donuts lack the Cream. All you get is a little bit of Cream size of a dime. Now in Paducah, KY you get Boston Cream with every bite.

This review is for the Rainbow City Dunkin' Donuts. The food was good, as I expected from Dunkin'. However, I saw that my coffee had been prepared but not placed in the in-store pickup bin promptly. Consequently, when I got it, it was only moderately warm. Fortunately, I used the restaurant after I finished eating because it was atrocious.
The lady at 7pm 11/23/25 appeared to dislike the fact that she had to serve customers. The coffee was awful and the donut worse. Croissant thrown in bag on top of cream topped donut squishing it. I will not return to this location.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with my sister and kids for a quick snack before thrifting. There were only 2 people working and they were both silent ...no greeting customers, no pleasantries and no smiles. They threw our food on the counter. We waited a very long time to get our food and drinks even though there was no one else in the store. Very disappointing experience and won't be back

The two ladies that were working today seemed as though they would rather be anywhere else but at work, which is understandable, but please don’t project it onto your customers. Mobile talked to us, other guests weren’t greeted or acknowledged, our food, when ready, was thrown onto the counter and the worker walked away. Very rude and unprofessional atmosphere. Won’t be visiting the Rainbow City location again.

I stop coming to this location because of the rude management and lack of customer service and I just so happen to go there with a friend recently and I must say I see a complete turnaround at this location. Staff is wonderful I see why the lines are long much better quality in the food and drinks with customer service I do see myself returning as regular customer again big thank you to the staff and new gm
