I stop coming to this location because of the rude management and lack of customer service and I just so happen to go there with a friend recently and I must say I see a complete turnaround at this location. Staff is wonderful I see why the lines are long much better quality in the food and drinks with customer service I do see myself returning as regular customer again big thank you to the staff and new gm

The latest got was on and stopped to get donuts. Sat in line with two cars before me. Sat there 30 minutes before receiving ou order. Coffee was barley warm and donuts cold and the young lady was rud as hell.

The manager Brittany at the Rainbow City store is great! Never had an issue when she has been there. She is what makes that store run smoothly and without her I see the store going downhill fast. Brittany would be a wonderful GM if she ever wanted to move up and yall are lucky to have her.

Location is NOT mobile app friendly. If you order and pay for food on mobile app. They prepare your order but they have you wait in line, go to the drive thru speaker to let them know you are there. They do not allow you to get your freshly made food. You have to wait for the customers who place orders at location to get their food first, as your food cools and drinks melt. The GM Danielle walks around with dollar bills hanging from her birthday button. I’m a retail manager and was shocked by the lack of customer service.

I usually love Dunkin and never have problems at other Dunkins. This location was terrible. My coffee tastes nothing like what it usually tastes like. I clearly ordered two sandwiches and only got one. Was only charged for one but I told the person taking my order that I wanted two. I would have just went and ordered another one but the manager was being rude to another customer because she didn’t like her drink and told her she should have gotten something else then and I needed to get out of there. When we got to the car my husband’s (one) sandwich was barely toasted. Terrible experience all around. They need some customer service training and better training on how to make coffee.
