The cook had a pony tail and long beard with no hairnet on cooking over the food. Naturally, we get our food and a hair is sitting dead center on top of it. Our waitress didn’t offer any apology but had the same cook remake the plate of food. No remorse, no discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. No one seems to care at all. We will not be back. Do better Huddle House

Stopped by the Huddle House in Gadsden, Alabama, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My waitress made sure my tea never ran empty, which I really appreciated. The food was phenomenal—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was spotless, and even the bathroom was clean and well-kept. Overall, this Huddle House went above and beyond. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
