sat there for 20 minutes tonight no one acknowledged we were there, i tried letting them know and all 5 servers were ignoring me. they are very rude and have horrible customer service. so we left and went to gadsden, where they were less then 5 minutes and had food in.

We were up there for a lunch slash dinner date with our toddler, around 3-4pm and our server was SARAH,
Sarah deserves a raise. She stayed ontop of us. She was very polite and attentive and made sure our toddler felt included in everything, a very big thank you to sarah!
The food was good. Philly cheese steak was tasty and served to order.

Food was good, service was lacking. Not very attentive. Drinks set empty for 3/4 of meal. Finally had to ask another waitress if she could either get us more drinks or find our waitress.
