PLEASE fix the screens!! I pulled into 6 different stalls today before I found a screen that worked. What’s more annoying, is not being able to tell if they work until you pull in. At least mark off the parking spots so it’s easier to tell!! This has been happening for so long now.

The only Sonic I'll go to anymore. Trussville steals your money and Leeds gets your order wrong. Rainbow City gets it right every time and bring out napkins and spoons without having to ask them to. They're always fast and super friendly. Remember to tip your servers!

The food and drinks are always good. My complaint, as well as many other residents, is maintenance of the store. Most stalls have broken machines. We moved to 5 places before finding one that works. If you can't find a place to order or pick up your online order, then you'll go elsewhere. The whole place could use a good powerwash.

I would give 0 stars but no option for that. This location is absolutely ridiculous. Taues advantage of young workers, then fires for no reason. The reason given makes no sense. I feel bad for any customer, worker, or anyone that actually gives a damn about this place. Their managers suck and should not have a job their!

What happened to this Sonic location? This place is so ghetto now, and I frequented it a lot for a very long time. Half the stalls' menus don't work, so you have to keep pulling in and out of stalls to find one that does work. The service here is extremely slow. It's not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes for food after ordering, and they cheat the system by saying your order is on its way when you really have maybe 5-10 minutes left to wait. I'm sure that makes the wait times look good in your KPI reports.

Food was cold, way too salty-hot dog meat, that is.I would also suggest that this Sonic have slaw for the Hot Dogs, and chicken plates, like they have in Greenwood, MsBeen missing for the over 10 years living here in Al!
