False advertisement! I ordered on the app. BOGO foot long coney. I even received and e-mail encouraging me to order this on the app. The hot dog was not very good. Also, I was charged for the one that was suppose to be free. When I call the app customer service a foreign man tried to tell me I would have to pay full price for 2 and then I would have received the 3rd on free. I told him thats not what it stated it was BOGO. When he realized I wasn’t going to fall for that excuse then he told me that it would have to be investigated and someone would contact me later. I asked for a supervisor and he refused to let me speak to one. I will be unsubscribing from e-mails and the app. I will not be returning to Sonic. The prices are high without use of the app and the app is now giving false advertisement. .

This sonic is one of the busiest in this part of Alabama. Don’t know why. Sonic is very consistent with their food, they are specials and their pricing. Problem was I waited 45 minutes on a couple of hotdog. I think more training is in order for the staff cause 15 people walked by me and never ask if I had been helped. This order was a phone order on their app. They said they didn’t have it. They did have it then they had to write to cook it because it had gotten cold and my dinner ended up being around 8:30. My family had to wait. I had to wait not good in fast food.

I ordered these burgers and they didn't put the lettuce or tomatoes and it was definitely not extra chilly or bacon. What a joke! I payed quite a bit extra for these burgers and they could not even include what come standard on them. What a scam!!! What a bunch of lazy losers! How hard is it to look at the screen in frount off u and do what it says! Management needs to take a long hard look at there employees because there not even getting close to doing a good job because this is not the first time or even the 5th time, it every time I go to this sonic. I will be sure to not visit this sonic again! Absolutely pathetic!

It's an old time drive in type restaurant, so atmosphere is what it is. Food is hot, fresh & good. LOVE that they have breakfast foods 24/7! Servers are friendly & accommodating! If you download & order through the app, you get specials such as free products or BOGOs, and your order is available as soon as you pull in!

5 of us ate lunch at this Rainbow City location. We had a big covered outdoor table. Great weather, and the food was perfect. Service was fantastic.
PLEASE fix the screens!! I pulled into 6 different stalls today before I found a screen that worked. What’s more annoying, is not being able to tell if they work until you pull in. At least mark off the parking spots so it’s easier to tell!! This has been happening for so long now.

The only Sonic I'll go to anymore. Trussville steals your money and Leeds gets your order wrong. Rainbow City gets it right every time and bring out napkins and spoons without having to ask them to. They're always fast and super friendly. Remember to tip your servers!

The food and drinks are always good. My complaint, as well as many other residents, is maintenance of the store. Most stalls have broken machines. We moved to 5 places before finding one that works. If you can't find a place to order or pick up your online order, then you'll go elsewhere. The whole place could use a good powerwash.
