It's an old time drive in type restaurant, so atmosphere is what it is. Food is hot, fresh & good. LOVE that they have breakfast foods 24/7! Servers are friendly & accommodating! 5 of us ate lunch at this Rainbow City location. We had a big covered outdoor table. Great weather, and the food was perfect. Service was fantastic.

PLEASE fix the screens!! I pulled into 6 different stalls today before I found a screen that worked. What’s more annoying, is not being able to tell if they work until you pull in. At least mark off the parking spots so it’s easier to tell!! This has been happening for so long now.

The only Sonic I'll go to anymore. Trussville steals your money and Leeds gets your order wrong. Rainbow City gets it right every time and bring out napkins and spoons without having to ask them to. They're always fast and super friendly. Remember to tip your servers!

The food and drinks are always good. My complaint, as well as many other residents, is maintenance of the store. Most stalls have broken machines. We moved to 5 places before finding one that works. If you can't find a place to order or pick up your online order, then you'll go elsewhere. The whole place could use a good powerwash.
I would give 0 stars but no option for that. This location is absolutely ridiculous. Taues advantage of young workers, then fires for no reason. The reason given makes no sense. I feel bad for any customer, worker, or anyone that actually gives a damn about this place. Their managers suck and should not have a job their!
