Great ice cream but I came here today and the place was closed. I checked the google map to see how long it was going to close and it said that it was open. Please open back up sooner or later.

Stopped in to grab a ice cream. While tasting a sample, I noticed several tiny baby roaches crawling outside of the ice cream display case along the glass and wood railing. I left... and won't be back.

Absolutely deserving of a plus one on the review rating for customer service. We arrived at about 7:55 (they close at 8:00). The one person working was already helping somebody and let us know he'd be with us in a minute. Once it was our turn, not only did he not rush us because it was now past closing time, he actually made recommendation based on how he liked to have his shake when he makes them for himself. At no point did he ask us to excuse him so he could go lock the door and prevent other people from coming in ..... instead another person came in and he took the same friendly stance as he did with us, letting the new customer know he'd be with him in a minute. Nice selection of ice cream, plus they have a pretty good supply of additional toppings, not quite as many as you will find at the yogurt ice cream places that weigh by the ounce, but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Prices were equivalent to any other ice cream places we've been to in the past. Huge benefit (well maybe, I guess it could be bad too) - they are in a really convenient spot .... maybe not the best thing, but all in all, really good and highly recommend!

Just left this Subway and will never go back! I ordered a veggie delight with all vegetables except jalepenos on Italian herb and cheese bread. The bread was undercooked and the sandwich was so flat, youncouldn't tell anything was on it! I looked when I got home and it had one banana pepper ring, one edge of an onion, 1 1/2 tomato slice, etc..in other words, not much at all was on it. I asked for light mayo and was told they don't have it anymore; asked for lemon juice for my tea and same answer. It was a gooey, tasteless sand. It was also 8.81. I gave him a twenty and got back 11.09.I was so mad by that time, that I let him keep the dime he shorted me. It was worth it to never have to go back. From now on, I will stick with Southside!
First time we've been there. Customer service was great and the Ice Cream was delicious. We will definitely be back!!!

Okay super confused with this place. My daughter begs to come here all the time. Have driven here no less than 11 times. Closed every single time we try. She said maybe they are open for Valentine's. We went at 215. Nope. Very confused
