Worst place to eat food the staff has hygiene issues and cusses about other employees while customers are there and also talks about customers orders while they are being ordered in front of the customers
Greeted soon as i walked in this guy was very professional they accept all coupons [unlike the store on hwy 77 attalla ] if you like subway try the one in rainbow city very pleasant experience.....

I went in to order a couple subs to go. I could not believe the freshness of the food. It was sick to say the least. The lettuce was brown and the pickles were pink. For a franchise that is supposed to be known for fresh veggies, I could've got better produce at Walmart. My wrap I ordered was on flat bread. Do they even know the difference? I will never step foot in a Subway ever again.

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery , I had a beast and a monster , everything I wanted on the monster was on the beast. I had to take it off with my hands to put on the right sandwich. I tried calling and no one answered.

The worst serviceThe girl making my sandwich couldn't stop talking about her bad day and put so much meat it was awful.Then rolled her eyes when I wanted it toasted. I paid 8dollars for a sandwich I couldn't eat.

They have an employee who’s parked his van outside the business and is living in it. He has large dogs who bark at you as you walk in. The guy was covered sweat as he walked into work from his van…

I've been going to this Subway on 3504 Rainbow Dr Suite A, Rainbow City, AL 35906 for a year now and it has been a great place to eat until about a month or two ago. Their has been a young girl hired there name Leah or Lynn who has an unpleasant disposition that I've encountered with her the past few times I've been in there. I've tried to overlook her negative behavior and rude behavior being she is young and immature. However; entering the restaurant tonight about 8:20 she was sitting down at a table reading a book. My 12 year old son said are you'll open her smart response was "Well yeah if we weren't the door would be locked" with making this remark she was highly rude saying it. I told her she shouldn't talk to children that way and especially not my son I would be reporting her to the manager. Upon entering the store she didn't speak either Common courtesy entering a place one should speak and say Hey , Hello, or Welcome ..can I help you. Again, the past three to four times in there she hasn't been pleasant at all. Along with that the store continues to have a shortage on food esp vegetables to put on a sandwich and give you an ample amount of meat & veggies. This store has had a high turn over of staff within the past three months and always short staffed; and management needs to work with employees on a continuum basis as interpersonal skills, professionalism, communication skills, amongst other workplace/ employee training. ( Please note that I didnt buy anything tonight due to her rudeness)
This place needs entirely new management. The current manager is rude, incompetent and sorely lacking in social skills. Today I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub and they only had two meatballs out of the required for meatballs necessary. After realizing the shortage, the worker told the manager about it And she proceeded to get some frozen meatballs out of the fridge and told me that it would take a 15 minute wait before they could finish the sandwich. There was no apology for the shortage or incompetence. When I asked if she could give me a discount if she sold me a meatball sandwich with only two meatballs, she rudely replied that she would get fired if she did that. There was absolutely no effort on her part to D escalate the situation and apologize for the inconvenience. I have dealt with this manager before and have noticed that she has a very abrasive way of dealing with both customers and her own employees with poisonous interactions with all apparently the owners either don’t know or don’t care about this incompetence, and it is a very poor reflection upon the subway corporation and its franchise system, I would recommend for all to stay away from this particular subway store. There are so many other nearby, fast food restaurants that I would recommend that are competent at what they do and have well mannered and polite service workers such as McDonald’s, KFC little Pruett’s and several others. Readers of this review should compare these comments to others and will easily see a pattern which has existed for many months.Buyers. Beware!

Skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever had made. Had to get extra veggies to make up for the lack of rotisserie chicken. Precut in the white tray and I’ve never seen any subway have that little. Service was also lacking.
No bread....and the store was nasty. Won't be back. And the staff wasn't friendly at all.
It’s 12:06pm on a Monday and I hadn’t even gotten both feet in the door and a woman behind the counter is screaming “WE’RE CLOSED” over and over again as if she’s afraid for her life and I just came barreling through in a tank and shattered the glass door. It was humiliating
It sucked I ordered delivery and 1 1/2 hours later still waiting for my order and it never showed up tried calling they never answered bottom line subway stole nearly 20 dollars from me!!
Staff is very rude i needed some napkins and the lady working got mad at me for asking and told me never to ask for them again. yea never going there again there are way better places to eat with way nicer people
