"As a Louisiana native, I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon T.J.'s Crawfish Shack Food Truck here in Alabama! The moment I caught a whiff of those signature Cajun spices, I was transported back home. The Boudin Balls were absolute perfection - crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and packed with that unmistakable Cajun Gold. The seasoning was spot on, and the portion size was generous. The staff were warm and inviting, making me feel like I was part of the family. Prices were reasonable, too. If you're craving authentic Louisiana flavor outside of the Pelican State, look no further than T.J.'s Crawfish Shack Food Truck. Laissez les bons temps rouler!" 5/5 stars!

We stop by the food truck and had the boudin balls! They are so delicious! We will be back when they are in Anniston at Walmart! Thank you we really enjoyed them!

I had the shrimp po-boy with mild sauce and fries, food was pretty tasty nice spice, good amount of shrimp nicely grilled. The only thing I would change would be the bread as it should be on a nice crusty French bread. Also the jambalaya was quite tasty with just enough space. Great job.
Even a day later, for the jumbalya being cold straight fron the fridge.....excellent...

I have used TJ's for a few years now. You will not find higher quality crawfish or shrimp. The shrimp...wow! That sausage is amazing as well. Highly recommend no matter how far you have to drive!
