Twice they did not give me my card back after ordering nor did I get a receipt. Twice I had to go back inside to get food that was left out of my order. I’ve only gone there three times, and each time something was wrong. We are not going back.

Worst place I've eaten in a long time. We had to pull up and wait on our food. While waiting the worker (in his PJs)brought out food to the car in front of us their food . We then got our food with no condiments we requested and no napkins as well. Not to mention at this time we realized we didn't even get a receipt. We had to go back in to get condiments we needed. This place needs shut down!!!

Ordered our food. Asked for ranch dressing. Lady at window repeated the request for dressing. Had to pull up and wait for 5 minutes. Checked bag no ranch no napkins no receipt. I had to go in and get ranch. One of the workers came from the kitchen wearing Christmas pajama bottoms. We got home bout 10 minutes away and food is cold. Fries taste like rubber and hard. Worse experience I have ever had there. Something needs to be done there. I will not go back.

The service was slow and they got a few things wrong on my order, but the burger was fantastic and the sweet tea was wonderful!
Last week went there , they forgot my burger , had to go in to get it . This week ordered chili and a jr bacon cheese burger , they didn’t give me any crackers with my chili which I asked for and not even a spoon to eat it with , such rude and unprofessional customer service. Will not likely to bye their any longer . Wendys is getting sorry with the help they have !

Don't waste your money trying to get the Wendy's SpongeBob collab meal. Got the meal from rainbow city wendys. Didn't come in the box, there wasn't the special sauce either. They didn't have the frost either. It was literally a Dave's single, didn't really taste that great. Got a chocolate frosty instead and it was nothing but foam and didn't even taste like chocolate. So disappointed.
